Negative stars Here's my experience. First and foremost. When you report a case about a child, it is by law supposed to be completely anonymous. They are not supposed to share your information at all. That being said, not sure how but one of the people from the daycare made a fake profile and started harassing me because I reported my daughters incident to Dcf . My daughter was abused this last March at this daycare. She came home with a black eye and tons of unexplained bruises. When I asked about the black eye the woman at the front told me " oh, you didn't notice ?" Baffled by her response the next morning I took it to the Director in the front desk the new administrative lady was trying to take over the directors job so they were arguing and talking bad about each other to ME and when I reported the incident Let's put it this way. They went against each other and me and went through it together and approached me the next day asking if I was mad at her how unprofessional is that ? they went through it together and one of them approached me and asked why I was mad at her when it was supposed to be confidential . Which is illegal . And below you will see the pictures of my daughters injuries that happened in the 2 year old room. My child came home from kiddie campus university with ADULT HAND PRINT bruises. ( I have screenshots of conversations between me and the daycare. With the Director and the teacher that was there that day, telling me different stories when she was the one with my child the Director covered it up for her . I also know 6 other kids who's parents also reported this daycare as well. (Even a family who didn't have a clue their child was stuck under the hallway stroller for 45 mins after he crawled out of the INFANT classroom. (The teachers are telling eachother about it. The owner called the director to "rip her a new one" said, one teacher. During that incident. mind you I have screenshots of conversations between teachers admitting the incidents. But God forbid people tell their stories but the daycare made a fake fb profile harassing me for being honest and protecting these children. I would NEVER recommend this place or these people to watch your child.. unless you want your child to come home daily with bruises and the teachers all of sudden have "no idea" how it happened. But (my old "friend" at the time (18 year "friendship" who works there.. told me everything that she saw, and they told her that something happened and she called me to warn me after she left work and told me they had no idea what happened. "Maybe a kid bit her" then after I report all of this my "friend" she goes and told the director and daycare a whole lie to keep her job. Tell me how the Police did not investigate correctly. They pulled up to the meeting except they never went inside and even investigators anything . If they investigated her lie, they would've known that it was a lie because I was not with the people that she said I was with . they have cameras that delete after 7 days. (Wonder why) even employees can't see the cameras. Now don't forget the teachers know where the cameras are and they know where to not stand. To use their phones. (Came from teachers mouths ) They told you this, so they don't get caught on the phone .. (Teachers i knew told me this first hand) they ended up quitting after my report. (this was before I knew of everything)What are they hiding? If they are such a good daycare such a good daycare that they don't even teach the children but instead tell them that they are nasty and call them Horrible names) a teacher there told me they witnessed my daughter crying and saying no that's not true to the teachers that are bullying my child. Its infuriating !!! Blows my mind! by law if you question a director about camera footage they BY LAW (cop said) they have to sit down with the parent , owner and director and watch the video ALL TOGETHER. They broke many laws. And sadly cps and dcf did not follow protocol. My old so called "friend" also shared my personal medical information, so my HIPAA law information was exposed without my permission which is extremely illegal. the staff at the WHOLE Place found out they made a fake fb page to send me hurtful lies . It's Very very inappropriate and unprofessional. They care about money here not the kids. Trust me if they are even signing your name for your school readiness they did that to me as well. And many many parents and teachers on recording admitting that. There's tons of kids and parents that have come forward with their kids having injuries and having to go to counseling, including my child having meeting counseling after her abuse down below are photos of what I dealt with with this daycare after I complained about her injuries. A daycare who truly cares about your kids would never ever respond and that way trust me. They called my child horrible names and then told my child I was nasty. This place is beyond corrupt

Why 5 stars? Because we will definitely miss taking our son here…read more --- --- --- As of this writing, our son is about 2.5 years old and had been going to Kiddie Academy since he was about 5 months. The only reason I say all of this in the past tense is because we just moved out of state. If not for that, we definitely would have kept him here indefinitely. Back when my wife was pregnant and we were touring all of the daycares in the area, we truly could not believe how expensive they were. Literally, the cost of daycare was the same as a monthly payment for a luxury sports car. Heck, it was even on par with my first mortgage. How does anyone afford this?! But fortunately, while still cheap by no means, Kiddie Academy was definitely the most affordable option in the area. And as first time parents, we *immediately* learned that not only was tuition worth it, but we were probably under-paying. Being able to leave our son in the hands of these lovely people for up to 50 hours a week was invaluably helpful for two working parents. We knew he was in great hands and we knew he was having a lot more fun at school than he would have been at home with us. If you're in the Carrollwood/Northdale area, be sure to stop by for a tour here before you decide on visiting another school. We are excited for our new adventure but sad for our son to leave his first group of best friends. This is my last review of a Tampa Bay business. I wanted to save a place that was incredibly important to us for my last review, and there was no place more crucial to our family than Kiddie Academy over the last two years. Now, it's off to writing about a million businesses in the Houston area!

After visiting many Tampa daycares, hands down, Kiddie Academy is the right choice. They offer…read moreeverything from Infant Daycare to AfterSchool programs. Very clean and structured school. My son and I have been going here for almost 2 years now and am honestly sad to leave this wonderful school. The setup is amazing, with individual class rooms to get the kids set up for Elementary And they keep you updated throughout the day with pictures and even send home notes to your email. The summer camp is also great, offering field trips and themed days to keep the kids busy and active. I would highly recommend this place.

Mrs. Marielsy has been such a blessing to our son this year. As his time in her class comes to an end before moving up to VPK, I can honestly say we are so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication she pours into every child each day. She is incredibly diligent and attentive with all the children, especially with helping them learn and grow at their own pace. Our son has learned so much in her class -- academically, socially, and emotionally -- and he truly loves going to school because of the calm, happy, and welcoming environment she creates. One of the things we appreciate most is how creative and engaging she is with the children. The fun projects, crafts, and activities she plans are always thoughtful and exciting, and we love seeing the special things our son proudly brings home. Teaching this age group is not easy, yet she handles it with such grace and patience that she makes it look effortless. Mrs. Marielsy also speaks both Spanish and English, which adds such a wonderful dynamic to the classroom. Even while continuing to strengthen her English fluency, her kindness, warmth, and ability to connect with the children shines through so naturally, and the leadership team is always supportive whenever needed. We are beyond thankful for the positive impact she has had on our son and our family. Any child would be lucky to have her as a teacher!

So much so I moved my youngest over there earlier to get her a headstart. By the time my older one went to Kindergarten she was so far ahead of kids that came from other centers. The quality is unbeatable and they average the same prices and other centers around but I feel like I got better value for my money. Nadine at the front is phenomenal and they have top tier teachers including Ms. Nicole who is amazing with the kids. I recommend them to everyone with small kids.

I changed her care provider twice in a matter of 3 months because she was often uneasy and upset arriving at other places and it tore me apart (mommy's you know the feeling !). But when I found Little Steps Learning Academy, they were immediately so kind and receptive to what you needed as a family. Every worker here is so positive and greets my baby everyday with a smile and such great energy. She shouts "Yayyyy" when we arrive to school and that's something that makes me feel confident about her day while I'm at work. I'M HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THIS CARE and I thank them so much for all they do

We visited preschools that were run like military bases and others that were so anti-structure/pro TLC that it seemed that it would have been more appropriate to have the kids on the payroll for watching the teachers. Needless to say, balance was what we were looking for. Discovery Point Seven Oaks nailed it! Although they were 10 miles out of my way to work, i was committed to keeping my boys there. They are structured and organized AND the love for the kids oozes out of everyone from the front desk to the teachers. I appreciate the fact that my children were in an environment where they were free to be kids, but had the oversight to understand the concept of boundaries. My oldest son attended their pre-VPK and VPK programs and he finished knowing far more than I would have ever imagined. His VPK teacher, Mrs. Lindsey, is tiny in stature and as sweet as they come; but when she says it's quiet time, it gets quiet! I had the opportunity to attend a field trip and was amazed at how she was able to keep 20 children from going crazy at build a bear without speaking harshly once! She had really easy to follow rules that the kids in unison could recite and when they broke a rule, she would start the recitation and they would get back on track. She was amazing to watch! My youngest started Discovery Point at 8 weeks. I felt like THE WORST MOM EVER at the mere thought of putting my then 9lb baby into daycare! The director, Nichole, and the assistant director, Jessica, took me into the baby room at least 6 times in the weeks leading up to my little guy being born and a few times just before he started. Once he was in there, Jessica would send me pictures throught the day to help put me at ease. I got to know the infant staff and felt like my little man was with family. They were all moms who relied on their motherly instincts as well as their professional training to take care of the babies. My son would jump from my arms into those of Ms. Rose, Maribel, Quyen, Kim, and Amanda. And... each teacher sincerely celebrated the milestones of the first year... rolling over, crawling, new teeth, eating solids, etc. I loved it! I love them! When my oldest started elementary school, we had to change daycares. It was a reminder that not all daycares are created equal. I appreciated them when my kids attended, but I do all the more now that my boys are not there anymore. Mike, Nichole, and Jessica run a great childcare facility. It is worth the drive and worth the money (and more). My kids are worth this level of care!
