We were told about a really nice jewelry shop in Lutz, Florida -- we're from New Port Richey so it's a bit surprising we hadn't already heard of the place. When we entered the store, we were greeted by Brianna. She gave us a tour of the shop and showed my wife many different pieces of jewelry ranging from earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings. The store has a great selection. I was able to convince my wife to at least get the earrings today. Maybe the necklace and/or the ring will be an upcoming Christmas present. I looked at some watches and maybe I'll get a watch in the future too. A very nice store, a very nice selection of jewelry and even some watches, and Brianna was a treat. She was very friendly and definitely made my wife feel comfortable (sometimes my wife gets shy in these settings). I strongly recommend Kiefer Jewelers.

As I was researching cobblers not too far from Orlando, I decided to give them a try as I had some nicer Italian made shoes I needed repaired. They are located in a plaza with multiple businesses and are nearby a Progressive branch. The plaza is a long strip with parking along the building - if you go early enough, it should be easy to find a spot. Both times when I've gone, the owner is there and some of his team. Everyone has been friendly and incredibly knowledgeable when I've dealt with them both times. They take a good look at your repairs and they will be honest about what can be done or not. The first time I brought in a pair of heels where the branded insole was loose and a pair of boots with major scuffs/a bit of heel damage when I purchased them. They were able to reattach the insoles on the heels and they filled in/improved the look of the boots. (They made it clear that they could not do a completely invisible repair, but it was well done where you'd have to look up close to see the repair.) When I picked up the shoes, I dropped off more pairs for work to be done. Pricing is comparable to what I paid for my repairs in the OC in California. They will text or e-mail you once repairs have been made and completed. (The first time I dropped off my shoes, I called to check and they apologized and explained their texting system stopped working recently and they were working to correct the issue with it. This time, they did the text system and e-mail for me.)

I hadn't realized how dull the booties had become until I unboxed them when they got home. Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed.
