I am leaving my review on a website that allows you to give and state your experiences at facilities. This review is based on DiscoveryPointDaycare of Spring Hill. Our Baby stated there at 8 weeks and went for 4 1/2 months. The teachers were caring, and great with our baby, the Director not so much. The baby was always sick. Had numerous personal items stolen including 2 pairs of shoes. I was lead to believe there were cameras in the classrooms, until the teachers told me otherwise(explaining why when I asked the Director to review the cameras she gave me a blank stare). The last 2 weeks she was there baby came home with a fever (ended up with pink eye). We kept Baby out for the remainder of the week, Baby went back the following Monday healthy, and on Wednesday came home with another fever only to end up with RSV and the Flu. One of the teachers had gotten in trouble from the Director because she admitted that 1 Baby had gone home with double pink eye the week our baby had pink eye and when she returned, there had been another baby that had RSV and the flu. That was the straw that broke the camels back. We took our baby out! These are facts people! Investigate,Review, and protect your children.

His teachers helped him make my wife a happy birthday card and hes made me a fathers day gift. As for the prices, they are pretty much in line with the rest of the schools that are in the area.

The staff of Pitter Patter truly cares about each individual child and they make sure every single one of them is seen and heard. At the end of the year when they did their last round of testing to prepare the kids for kindergarten my son tested at a first grade level, I think that there speaks for itself. As first timers with preschool it was comforting to be able to watch her in the classroom by cameras at the office to see how she adjusted to moving into different classrooms as she got older.They have a jungle bus for the kids to learn coordination once a week this is one of HER many reasons she loved the place. In the last month there is a new director and all 90% of the previous workers have left. It is very unorganized and chaotic now. My 3 year old has not had a consistent teacher in 3 weeks. She always has a bruise or mark on her that I am not notified about. I walked into her class 2 days in a row and she has a MALE teacher? The kids sometimes have accidents so who is changing her? The male teacher? I came to a decision to find another school. I will not recommend this school at all. Hopefully they are able to improve.

The inside play yard was my favorite, it allowed time for kids to be kids in a cute small playground. Of course they had a huge outdoor playground as well which was spacious, but they were allowed to play dress up and shop for food which grew my son's social needs. VPK was fun and the graduation gift we parents received is still in my possession since it was very meaningful! Thank you! We truly loved everything about this school and we wish you continued success as we are no longer in the west coast of Florida!
