Always have loved them and used them for years. However this past year I've noticed a decrease in everything. Pricing is the same but clothing options are much less quality. Bringing in items with tags still in and boutique items and they're being passed up. While there's tons of crappy Walmart and target brands with stains and threads handing out and still wants $10+ an item. lol be so for real. read more

I would love to speak to owners of this store. Such an amazing concept, however I agree with the reviews about how the employees seem miserable. They were very rude to me and from our interactions, they have no business being in customer service. I like that they have places like this to sell my kids clothes without the hassles of doing it myself in a Yard sale. I figured some money better then none. I could of easily dropped it off at Good will. Or given away for free. They give you a approximately time if waiting while they look through the clothes. They want every thing laid out in their binds and anything that is a pair you leave it folded. Once they sort through it call your name with an offer amount. Of course store credits always more. But you also have a choice to leave the rest of the clothes for them or take it back. Store had some good sorting of other kids items. read more

I went in trying to sell a stroller and car seat set and they told me they didn't take them nor could they donate even though it says they take car seats on the website . Just went in yesterday and saw they were selling a carseat and stroller set. People are rude and grimy. I will stick to once upon a child from now on. read more

I went in at 3:30 with a large basket of clothing to sell. When I approached the sell area the person at the counter told me the wait was an hour and thirty minutes. I had to wait in the store as well. So in a hour I walked by to check the progress and my basket and all my info were just laying where I was told to leave it in the view of whoever walked by but obviously not an employee. There was no one checking clothes and several employees just standing around. Someone walking by said oh no there's another basket here to look through. And the person who took my basket said really? Where? When they saw it , They hastily dumped out my clothes while I was standing there watching. I went to walk around more and in 10 minutes they called me up and said most of my basket they couldn't take because it was older than 2019. Wich isn't true because my son was born in 2019 and all the clothes I brought in were purchased last year and the others were from 2020. So basically they didn't look through them and then lied about it. Then as I was checking out we saw a stain on an item we wanted to buy and asked for a discount. The attendant said she gave us a discount . When we left and looked at the receipt...there was no discount given. Again...lied to us. I will not be back and just know they will tell you whatever to get you out of the store. Especially if it's close to closing time. read more

I had a terrible experience here! I wanted to sell 30 items all new with tags and the gentleman told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I waited and waited and waited all while ALL the employees did nothing! I was there waitung for 1 Hour and 40 minutes fir them to come back and tell ne they would give me 44.00 for my 30 items! The lady that told ne this amount was so unprofessional that I will never be back in this store! They do not sell any upper end clothing just so you know. read more

Avery is a liar. I will never go back to this store for any reason. I was told over the phone by a girl named Avery that all I needed to do was bring in any toys clothes or items as long as they were gently worn and clean. I asked her specifically if the clothes had to be new or a certain brand a she said no to both questions. I brought a ton of stuff only for them to take literally 15 min to look through only half of it and reject everything except the newest thing they bothered to look at. They were rude and disrespectful probably mostly because of my race, and they spent the majority of that 15 minutes which was originally suppose to be 30-40 min according to them, loudly gabbing and cackling about their boyfriends and personal lives. How TACKY. I told the lady who "claimed" they looked through everything , that I specifically asked those questions before I bothered to come and all I got was "..sorry I'll talk to Avery". Basically they had no interest in doing business with me because of whatever stuck up reason. They stuffed and balled up my neatly organized clothes back in my bag any old kind of way, and the rest OBVIOUSLY was never looked through. So they are CLEARLY in the habit of lying. They are only in it for the money so if they don't see $dollar signs$ right away they aren't gonna "waste their time" looking to make sure you don't have anything they would want to sell, and I had plenty of new and newer items some even unused in there but they never saw them because they didn't bother to look. Yet looking on their shelves they have stained and older looking items that I wouldn't buy from a thrift store. And at the end they had the nerve to ask me did I want to leave all my stuff there So they can "donate it". Good for you if you had a great experience at this store but I DID NOT, and frankly the staff was rude, stuck up, disrespectful, arrogant and they SEVERELY lack couth and integrity. Absolutely the BEST for children clothes the prices are GREAT The service is just as AWESOME ! The most wonderful shopping experience ever!! They also buy your used baby clothes and toys give you a store credit or cash! Right there on the spot!! You absolutely cannot beat this store...! I will never go this store again. I went in to sell a pack n' play and 2 wooden toys. They sell pack n plays for 45$ easily and the same wooden toys for 30-40$ each. The pack n play was Graco, like new, and included the newborn insert. I was offered 18$ cash for all 3 items. I took the money because my boys were getting cranky and they had asked me to put the pack n play together before they would even look at it. When I asked why so little, she replied because the pack n play is an older model. Right now, I am mad at myself for taking the money. But I will not make that mistake again. read more

I went in for the first time today with 2 totes of clothing. Now I didn't purchase anything only because I know I'll be going back tomorrow with another tote but browsing was easy. The staff was very polite and explained the selling process to me very well before I even brought anything in. What I like the most about this place is that they have you wait in the store while they go through your things rather than sending you home to come back another day. I was in there maybe 15-20 minutes waiting and I didn't mind it at all. It gave me time to browse. read more

I spent 2 hours sorting and organizing clothes. They were laid flat and unfold as requested. The store employees ravaged through my items and threw them on the counter to sort them. After picking out what they wanted, they threw them back in the totes in handfuls. I am very disappointed that this store does not follow there own policy and did not return my items flat in the bin as they were found. I now have to spend several hours resorting my children items again. read more

No No No. I was a customer for over 2 years until this incident. I am left knowing ***Kid to Kid does not care for my family, even if one gets hurt in their store.*** We were shopping for shoes. We were the only customers in the store and there were 4 employees behind the desks. As we were leaving, my 5 year old child got her little fingers stuck in the adult door. That huge door closed on her fingers and she began SCREAMING at the top of her lungs. I got her fingers out and held her while she was crying hysterically. I looked at the Kid to Kid employees: NOT ONE EVEN LOOKED UP. I went over to them and asked if they had ice. They said No and went back to work. After several minutes of her crying, I was very sad they were showing NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER!! I told them they should have at least checked up on my child. One employee--true story-- ROLLED HER EYES in response. I shamed them for working in a store such as this and not expressing one ounce of compassion. Let me clarify: this crying was not your typical cry of a child not getting her way; this was a cry of complete pain. I took in 2 totes of newer boy items.They barely had any in the racks to buy in these two sizes. Nice Ralph Lauren and Lucky brand from Dillard's , pants, dress shirts , rugby and even nice shoes my son just simply skipped this size. And I was going to have to buy new and of course it was too late to return to Dillard's there was a few other odds and ends but they said my items were outdated and gave me eight dollars for a select few I was kind of disappointed. They do have a nice selection especially of little girls stuff and lots of hair bows but even the tiny ones are three dollars and up. But overall the quality of clothing this average. I am not crazy about this place. The staff is very unfriendly. The shop is huge, but the selection of clothing isn't always the best. I have been 2 or 3 times and I have found 1 or 2 things during my visit. I sell things quite often because I have 2 children. I am just not impressed with this place. Nothing makes them stand out. I prefer Once Upon a Child. The staff there is so nice and friendly and always make you feel welcome. read more
