My 2 year old loves taking classes here. And the shows are so fun and so cute. Definitely recommend!

I have an iPhone 13 mini so they didn't have my battery in stock but they were able to run the battery test and order the battery and get it within a few days. Once it was in the store, I dropped my phone off and it was ready to pick up in a few hours. I'm back to 100% battery life which is awesome! Their pricing for battery replacement was $10 more than the Apple Store but honestly for the convenience of going to a small storefront vs having to go to an Apple Store it was worth it. The store is like a modernized Radio Shack with tons of audio / video supplies. Just perusing the store I could see all kinds of turntable accessories, blank audio and video tapes, portable tape players, all kinds of Apple accessory connectors and even long forgotten formats like VHS-C tapes! The staff is welcoming and nice, the store is clean and well designed and they even have a ping pong table and a vintage video console with Street Fighter to play. Street parking nearby or there's a very small lot in the back. Buy local, keep the silver in Silver Lake.

By design these courses are meant for a group of 4 students. Just wanted to ask about it since the schedule was not up to date. But the person responded very quickly and checked in with the instructor to see when he was available to host one of those courses. Once I heard back I paid to secure my spot. My instructor was Daniel Corral, he was an absolute gem :) he was very patient with me, I have no music experience at all and was fortunate that I was the only student in this class. Daniel gave me a 30 min lesson every week with music sheets and things to work on for the week. I felt really nervous about taking this class since I'm an old lady but he made me feel very comfortable. I can't say I'm amazing now but I understand and feel comfortable learning the ukulele because of Daniel. I highly recommend this studio and I'm sure all the instructors are great!

When my 8-year-old was ready for piano lessons I gave this place a call. The lady whose name I…read moreremember as Sue, was very pleasant over the phone and after giving preferred time slots, called me back in a timely manner with a lesson slot with a great musician named Nipun. My daughter's weekly half hour keyboarding lessons were a great deal at $25 for 30 minutes. While we decided to stop due to homework obligations from school, we plan to resume next year hopefully in the spring.

But over the course of the past year or so (beginning around roughly mid-2025 and onward), the company inexplicably took a nosedive with its prior reputation and is quickly sending it to the dumpster, given that it mysteriously no longer responds to communications and is increasingly failing to fulfill and/or ship its existing orders. I am not certain what suddenly changed - perhaps the ownership was transfered and/or bought out, or maybe their next-of-kin inherited the business - but regardless of the reasons, I CAN tell you with certainty by this point in time is that this is no longer the Pro Audio LA which we audio professionals so fondly remember, most sadly to say. Because all of its communications and ordering processes have just about broken down within the past months, even as it continues to accept your online orders and take your money! For the record: I have $300-worth of audio interconnect cables ordered from this past springtime of 2026, and it is now mid-July as of the time of my writing of this review, yet STILL I have heard nothing further of my order. Even after multiple communication attempts. Nothing but dead silence on the other end, even though ... again ... the online order form remains open, functional, and happily charges your credit card without batting an eyelash. Clearly, something has gone terribly, heinously amiss while SOMEONE on the other end continues to take your money. And that's just about where the paper trail ends, because your online order stays in perpetual "processing" with nothing further done. That's where it sits, even as of today. So, please, heed my warning and do NOT give Pro Audio LA a single cent of your business from this point, onward. At least not until some kind of definitive light is shed on whatever has transpired within the establishment, regarding its suddenly-tanking business model. Because this doesn't smell right at all, and I am not the only recent buyer who has been raising awareness about the recent 180° turn for the worse by this company.
