When i miscarried and called the office back, i was told i abandoned an appointment that at my prior appointment was already established to have been cancelled as a pregnant patient cannot get botox. i intend to pursue this legally as i do not see where any physician can abandon a patient in the middle of a treatment plan and provided no notice of same. i had to call to find out. the front desk at this office is horrendous and the office manager has personally apologized to me several times for the inconsistencies with my coordination of care. i do not know if the staff is underpaid but i would never recommend anyone to Dr. Litchmann though Yale Physicians seems to be a decent facility. I intend to report her to the State Department of Health Services and the Medical Board as well. It is a truly disappointing and shocking situation. I have never heard of a licensed physician ever abandoning a patient mid treatment plan without notice. i would recommend prospective patients pay close attention to my review, that of Amanda's below and the "not recommended" review by Geri as i can personally attest to the same exposure.

She spent eight months fighting with my insurance company to have necessary tests and procedures covered. Because of her commitment, she was able to get approval, the root cause of a two an a half year headache was discovered, and I was able to have the necessary brain surgery. After I explained that I could not remember, I was asked, "You don't remember?" in a way that felt dismissive and insensitive. Patients with cognitive impairments should be treated with patience, understanding, and professionalism. The interaction left me feeling embarrassed and unsupported.
