The staff are efficient and friendly with a good knowledge of their menu and are happy to vary the dish you have ordered to suit your tastebuds. For example extra soy sauce or chilli, or leaving out the beansprouts if you so wish! We have tried many dishes on the menu over the past seven years, but are still to have tried each and every one! I've been visiting here occasionally with my family for years and am still yet to have an unsatisfactory experience. Inside, there's an elegant, romantic feel generated by the easy-listening soundtrack, lush red décor, themed lanterns and meticulously folded napkins. The waiters are all friendly, the turnaround is impressive, and unlike other independent restaurants, the staff don't try to rush you or give you a set time to vacate your table.
