I came back 2 weeks later and I confirmed with Dr.Ross that her assistant had misunderstood. BEWARE, I noticed that they were overcharging me when I compared my statements to what I paid. They had not mentioned this to me and I had to get an insurance representative to help me get my money back. They couldn't find where they had charged me. I got like 300 dollars back. Deemaplaning was easy breezy, but The miro needing was somewhat uncomfortable because I could feel my skin starting to feel sensitive even after the numbing cream. Forget it after they added the peel I was in the most horrendous pain. Little did I know I'd be scarred and spending thousands to repair the damage they left me with. At the time I tried to sue only to find out they weren't insured and nor were they working underneath a doctors. Run away and don't look back. This is a super tiny glimpse of what I went through with them but had I known what I know now I would've never walked in that door. I know this happened to me awhile ago but it's taken me this long to be able to talk about it. This was my face, what people first see. Till this day I'm still trying to reverse the damage.

I tend to have a high pain tolerance and my go-to method of hair removal was brazilian wax and tweezing for underarms. The laser they use here apparently is one of the newest tech out. It doesn't hurt at all. Sara did a great job on constantly asking if I was doing okay and adjusting the laser intensity accordingly to my tolerance. Even when I was on my monthly cycle, Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and working efficiently. (Just make sure you wear a tampon and take a shower before your appointment) The staff here does an amazing job at picking up their phones. They use online booking system to track appointments, sending forms you need to fill out before each session and processing payment. If you need to reschedule or want to come in earlier, they do a great job about being flexible and fitting you in. For underarms + brazilian laser hair removal, it always takes about 15-20min. They keep the facility very clean and very private. The doctor I saw most recently wasn't especially warm or anything, but she was intelligent and got the job done. My problem is with their horrible staff. When you check out at the end of the appointment, they are dry and unfriendly. I accidentally no-showed for an appointment in October, my fault 100%. I was moving apartments and messaged the practice to let them know that USPS mail previews were showing letters from them being sent to my old address. I also asked if I had a balance. The next day, on Feb 3rd, I got a text saying I had no balance (picture attached). Ten days later, I received an email saying I owed $25. I emailed back because I was confused, since I had been told I didn't owe anything, and I asked them to confirm whether I actually had a balance before I paid it. They let me know it was from the no-show fee 4 months prior. I went to pay it, but their site gave me the error "An unexpected error occurred." I tried a few more times and then gave up. I forgot about the balance, and today I received a voicemail from someone on their staff saying I need to contact them to process payment in order to prevent being sent to collections. Are you kidding me? I had to reach out and ask about a balance which their team denied, then try to make a payment on a site their team can't keep running properly, only to be threatened with collections over $25? Absolutely ridiculous. If you want a good provider, I recommend Dr. Finklea. Hopefully she fires her staff

I was diagnosed with eczema, a painful skin condition. I was given 3 treatments of Nemluvio over a two month period by this Dr. Although they are in network for my health insurance, my insurance, and in fact, no health care coverage will pay for these monthly treatments. The doses I received were trial doses and we're working. The drug company refused to enroll me in a patient financial program. I spoke to Dr. Rainey over the phone and asked if there is an alternative treatment, however, he advised me that it would be the same situation with my insurance! In repeated calls to this clinic, I was treated rudely by staff and my voice messages to them were never returned! This is very unprofessional as well as patient neglect! I would not recommend this business or doctor to anyone!
