As I became more familiar with their services, I decided to try some injectables, and that's when I met Morgan--an amazing injector with the perfect approach. I asked for simple curtain bangs and the stylist completely butchered the right side of my hair. She told me she was fresh out of cosmetology school and it honestly showed. The cut was uneven, choppy, and way shorter than I asked for. It was so bad that I have been self conscious about my hair ever since. What makes it worse is that my hair has never been the same. I take very good care of my hair and it used to grow evenly and healthy. Three years later and that section still has not grown back properly. I have had to style around it constantly and it has been extremely frustrating. I trusted this salon and left feeling upset and embarrassed. If you care about your hair at all, I would strongly reconsider booking with a level 1 stylist here. Saving money is not worth dealing with damage that lasts for years.

Caution! - Very Disappointing Just received a bill from an…read moreappointment that was in December of 2023. I called to question it and was told they were just catching up. They said it was out of network. Shouldn't they have known that when I made the appointment and before I had the procedure done?
