They keep track of the products you purchase so that they can customise your facial and take home directions to match what you should and shouldn't do until your skin recovers. Most of my fanatical love comes from the fact that I've searched for ten years and tried everything from bargain brands to all natural to proactiv. Anything that worked only worked so much. The offices are relatively new, clean, and attractively furnished. The hallways have old pictures of the Quarry back before it was a shopping mall. The docs I've met here have all been proficient and professional. Parking is easy, and there's even a strategically placed Salata right next door so you can go eat healthy after your checkup. Some of the offices overlook the Quarry golf course, which is scenic. There's also an emergency room right next door if things go south in a hurry at your medical exam. I just wish they'd get some magazines for the waiting room. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have anything to read in the waiting rooms? Bring your own if you want something to read.

Referred by my PCP, I waited for over 45 minutes while they front desk staff checked my insurance…read more Then I was asked to pay over $1600 before even seeing the doctor! The reasoning was that my insurance deductible had not been met which is understandable, but asking a patient to pay for the visit upfront without even having the visit is unacceptable. Offering to split it up into two payments with the first payment due before I see the doctor is still unacceptable. This doesn't take into consideration any other office visits by New or my spouse that could affect the deductible, or code changes in claim that could affect billing. It would have been more helpful if I had been asked for my insurance information when the office called to schedule my appointment so that I didn't have to take the time off work and sit in the waiting room only to leave frustrated. The sad part is that I really need to see an allergist. I was actually looking forward to this visit to finally get some relief. How silly of me.
