She was told to speak With the Dr. She needed to get an online account and activate it. She did this and when she contacted the office they told her it wasn't active and gave her more information on doing it again. She did this over and over without success. By then office was closed. This is ridiculous to drag out treatment of an older (93) diabetic patient. She will be going to urgent care tomorrow since it has now become an urgent situation due to the poor patient service from his office.
