I got my eyebrows done for the first time here and just wanted tinting but they ignored what I said or couldn't understand me and shaved and plucked them, they look good but she ignored me multiple times not to use the razer on them. Visited this salon for the first time because it's close to my home. Ms. Khatoon cut my hair herself. She spoke about how many years she's been cutting hair and how she will give me a great haircut. She used full scissors and cut my hair at an angel and cut it way way shorter than than I wanted. In fact she didn't listen to my request to preserve the length and continued to cut fast and sheered my hair with full scissors which left a bad mark in my hair. My hair looks awful and I am so sad that it will take a long time for it to grow as my hair grows slowly. I don't recommend this place. Also, she hardly dried my hair and I didn't walk out the salon feeling pampered and pretty. Waste of 50 dollars. read more

Came here to get a cut before my long stay on the 10 back to San Diego, and I can confidently say that this is the best haircut I've gotten to date. Horrible service. Was told to come in once a week to help my brows grow faster (apparently shaving around them helps to do this?). Went in the next week on the day and time I locked in for my appointment (my sister too) and the artist/owner wasn't there. The employees are rude, unprofessional, and always try to up sell. Not worth it. I went to do my eyebrows and instantly my friends and I were uncomfortable. I told them i wanted my brows threaded and she began plucking then proceeded to threading and shaving- which i didn't mind BUT the outcome i got wasn't at all what i expected. One is shaped way more than the other, sharper at the arch and cleaner over all. One is noticeably thinner than the other. Definitely not what i expected for $30. Such a rip off. Not to mention the male employee was eyeballing my friends and I the entire time and the other employees kept asking if they wanted something done as well repeatedly. Mahnaz is the best!! I go to her for threading and she completely transformed my face. Highly recommend

They're nice and the salon is clean but my experience was terrible. She still started threading my cheeks even though I specifically said no (because when I thread my face it grows back 10X as thick), she made me bleed and eventually scab all over the side of my face and forehead, and she ripped my hair across my ear piercing of about 6 weeks and now the back of my ear is swollen and blistered. Beyond that, she didn't do what I asked for with my eyebrows and she didn't take everything out from the root so it'll be back in a week. And it's very expensive. read more
