They're also incredibly transparent about costs. They told me upfront, verbally and in writing, that they're out of network and what my exact charges would be. No surprises, no fine print, no confusion. Honestly, I'd rather pay out of network for this level of care than deal with most in‑network experiences (who had me in and out of the office in record time, did not listen to me). Not only am I glad that I decided to take that leap, but I am THANKFUL I found Dr Warner. My first appointment was a series of questions while i sat and answered them all, Dr Warner assessed me. From my fidgeting, to flighty responses, hair twirling, switching of right to left crossed legs. He listened to my responses, asked more questions then explained to me in GREAT detail of why I was unable to get a grasp of my own mental health. He educated me on how the brain works in response to certain situations (while giving me examples so that I could fully understand) I was dealing with at that moment. I probably asked too many questions, but, he never once rushed me, or dismissed how I felt. he was upfront, honest, raw even. To me that's important. To have a Psychiatrist who is 100% completely transparent, while explaining my diagnosis, educating me in regards to how it works, what medications treat my diagnosis and what he planned on doing moving forward with my treatment plan. I honestly left his office more confident than when I went in. Pretty impressive. Also the staff, Trina and Maggi. BRAVO Ladies... exceptional, compassionate, on point all while making this internal "horror story" I had built up in my head the most effortless process ever. You girls are AMAZING! He listens to what you are going through instead of most people. He's made minor adjustments in my daily medication that has helped me feel more like my old self. The dosage changes make me feel more energetic throughout the day. They have a great person that does the scheduling, Ms. Sadie, Shes efficient in getting your appointment times and dates scheduled with your needs and availability. She also sends out reminder texts of upcoming appoints and calls to set up the new appointments as soon as a session is complete. Just an overall sweet and considerate person. I recommend using PTI if you need any of their services.

I am doing a piece on this place, unworthy of even being called a facility. I have a close relative who checked herself in for 72 hours due to a mental health crisis. She was not hallucinating, or on any opioids, but did have alcohol, THC, and benzos in her system. What happened over the next 7 days will blow your mind. I don't recommend this place. There is no physician or nurses on duty 24 hours. The "counselors" are rude, and very unprofessional . "Patients" are heavily medicated and/or sedated, and some of the medications cause confusion, hallucinations , and are given unnecessarily.
