I try to be understanding of healthcare challenges in Kingman, especially at Kingman Regional…read moreMedical Center, but our recent experience was frustrating. My partner was newly diagnosed with heart failure and diabetes, so we had a lot of questions after discharge. It took time to get in, and when we did, the visit felt rushed. The doctor wasn't rude, but it was clear there wasn't much time or patience for questions. We were referred for an important heart test and told scheduling would call. They never did. I followed up multiple times over several weeks, was promised callbacks that never happened, and was eventually told by a supervisor that KRMC could not perform the test. I also had to call several times about a prior authorization for a medication that wasn't covered, which caused additional delays. We ultimately went to Phoenix for care, where the difference in communication, coordination, and time with providers was noticeable. Not sharing this to attack anyone just to highlight serious gaps in follow-through and communication during a critical time.

I had a very bad experience in Dr. Jerman's office…read more I am a years long heart patient and I was referred to Dr. Jerman by my PCP. (a nurse practitioner). I am new to Arizona. My first visit was an ulrtasound test of about 10 minutes administered by a technician. They were professional. This second appointment was going to be my first visit with an actual doctor in 2025. But I never even got to meet him. When I arrived for my appointment, the girl said I didn't have an appointment. The office was swamped with patients, they were badly understaffed, I misremembered the doctor's name and she never asked me for my name. She said she couldn't help me!!! WHAT??? So I went to the car and got my phone and came back to show her my appointment. But then, she said TOO MUCH TIME HAD ELAPSED and I would have to re-schedule yet another month away. I walked out stunned, confused. It is now November, and I still have yet to see ANY doctor this year. But this doctor has more that double billed me for my co-pay. (even for the No-visit) I found out he has also been billing Humana a ridiculous amount for services NEVER RENDERED. I get mistakes happen, but NO ONE from Dr. Jerman has ever called me about what happened to me in his office. They just don't seem to care. They just don't seem to care about me as a patient. But the billing department runs like a clock. 1 visit with a tech: SIX HUNDRED+ dollars total, and I never even got to meet him or shake his hand.

Dr. Bokhari and his staff are the most respectful and caring medical professionals in this city…read more The wait to get in can be lengthy but with the rise in medical care needed for Kingman it is to be expected (you can not get into most offices without a wait). On the phone or even in the office, from the front and back desk to all the medical assistants, nurses, and records department/management, every one of these girls deserve high fives and a hand shake. They have never once turned anyone away, been rude, or disrespectful. They are the highest ranking facility for quality medical care. They listen to your problems and needs, refill medications in a timely manner, and return calls at immediately. They even work with your insurance for billing and prescription coverage through the patient assistance programs. I would recommend any one wanting to find/schedule and appointment with a cardiologist do so with Dr. Bokhari and his staff. They will love you like their own family.

He will talk right over you while you are asking questions, cut you off leaving your questions unanswered after showing up hours late every time. This quack, supposed medical professional sent a letter of termination of patient/Dr. relationship to a 30 yr old with heart disease and EF of 20%. He even states the importance of her continued care but yet not so much of a referral to another cardiologist knowing all the well that it takes time for a referral to go through and for her to get the constant medical that is needed.THIS MAN IS AN EMBARRASSMENT to his profession. I don't know how he sleeps at night and does not give a damn about his patients. Cannot post this without picking at least one start. He deserves NONE!!!!

They all said my heart was too weak and did stent after stent balloon over and over. After arriving in Kingman two or three months later I ended in the emergency room and Dr Bakhari was there, he said I couldn't go on like this anymore. Dr Asher did emergency surgery the next day because I had another heart attack. I awoke that night and Dr Bakhari was sitting next to my bed he said go back to sleep you're going to be fine. He prayed with me a couple of times and spent lot of time with me. I think he's a very carrying God fearing man and a great Cardiologist. I believe I'm lucky to have him.

I had to come back 3 times; echo, stress test, and finally to visit the throne of the doctor. Two days ago was that final visit to see the doctor. I was taken back to the treatment room where I waited for 40 minutes until I heard the staff say (among other things) that the doctor wasn't there. NOT THERE? He likes to fill up his waiting room before he makes an appearance. They would not tell me when he would be there. I was more disappointed than angry. I drove 30 miles to get there. I was facing another 30 minutes to get home. So I left. Today I called back and I guess to teach me a lesson they won't get me back in for another 45 days. I'm guess he probably still won't be there. In an office where every 4 feet they warn against stress they are stressing their patients. The staff is also guilty of violating privacy too. I heard things I should not have heard. I know better because I spent over 40 years working for surgeons. The bad thing is that Kingman hasn't got anything better. It's all pretty much like this.
