The 2nd to the last time she cut off a bit more than a micro trim let's say an inch... when I went in this past Thursday, I asked that she give me very long layers, my hair was down to my waist- I have no idea what she heard or thought but in the end she cut off 4 inches and then layered- totally ruining my hair- now I have to let it grow out so it can be fixed- it's very choppy, long pieces of hair here and there and she charged me 50$, what a joke- she is definitely off her game. The hair cutting chairs are seated so when the door opens a man walking by could see your hair. Yes there are darkened windows so no one can see inside unless the door is opened. I travelled out of town for a woman only hair cut I expected a closed off area or barrier or curtain blocking women's hair from sight to anyone who walks in. It just says salon so if a someone who doesn't wear hijab brings a male with her he would walk in and see your hair. Made me uncomfortable. Other then that my actual hair cut was mediocre and over priced. A trim and blow dry for 45 dollars (not even washed i came with my hair washed) Not a well done cut, and she didn't even ask if I wanted my hair straightened.

And I understand if you don't want to chat the entire time or are introverted, but damn...I really got nothin' When my extensions were finally done, and I will say they were pretty good except for the piece or two that fell out, there was no explanation of how to manage them. I walked in on a Saturday morning pretty much begging them to take me in because my best friend was getting married that day and I missed my appointments because I worked a 14 hour shift the day before. I was exhausted that day. With no hesitation the ladies at the front were so professional and did everything they could just to make sure i wouldn't disappoint my friend. Right away they got me in to start my make up with Mariana. The Make up artist her self was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable. Right when I was done they put me on chair and prepped me for a hair updo style. Farah did my updo and she was just amazing herself.
