Yesterday I went there to purchase some socks specifically. There was an issue with those as they did not have the ones on sale clearly marked. I ended up picking up some other items. I caught a bottle of bonding that rung up more than it said. I had the young lady remove that. I got home and looked at the receipt and found a price discrepancy. A head wrap I purchased rung up $2.49 but the price on the item says $1.99. My advice to anyone seeing this is to take a picture of the tag and pay attention to the price as it is being scanned. If I didn't live over 17 miles from the store. I would've taken it back. Why are these store so trifling!

As of late I've started making appointments and both times I've had to wait an hour plus because the person I scheduled online with was not there! While I'm there they are calling braiders to try to get someone to come braid my hair. I drive all the way here from Duluth so its not like I can just reschedule and come back. The last 2 times I've had to change my style because by the time someone came in to do my hair it would take too long and I wouldn't make my next appointments. Note to owner: you should train your staff to be more professional and friendly. Besides your daughter, mimi and mama no one else speaks. They will just stare you down and not say a word. A smile and a hello would not hurt anyone. 2nd you might want to cancel the ability to make online appointments until you're sure you have enough staff to accommodate folks. Not sure if I'll be back but I'm sure most customers feel the same way. Great braids; piss poor service.

Ultimately I loved my hair for the first week both times I got them done.. after a week for both…read morehairstyles, it seems to look matted and disgusting. First time I just got regular box braids in the color #27. My hair looked absolutely stunning then a week in, a braid fell out from the root pulling my hair out.. I didn't pay it any attention because it was braided tightly so I carried on. I wrap my hair every night and didn't even bother putting it up or pulling it. It didn't even last a month. The second time I came in for a box braid bob and as per usual it looked good for the first 3 days.. then I started noticing she did not burn the ends on the braids so they are unraveling. And her excuse was that nobody gets the bob braids look because it burns her thumbs. Oh and y'all she seen the bald spot she caused and asked what happened lol. It looks good but the fact that I paid 180 for a half ass hair style really sends me.
