I had to chase them down after 3 weeks to be told they will call us in a week or so. Finally go and pick them up only to find out when we got home that they are the wrong sizes. Called and emailed to try and sort it out to which I'm told that they can fix them but I will have to bring benchtops all the way back to them and pick them up again once they are done. Even had the nerve to blame not just me but the other company involved also. Placing blame on everyone other then themselves. Do not use this company unless you have money and time to fix their mistakes.

I hate being dragged around the shops while my wife browses. Seriously, I effing hate shopping without a point. It drives me crazy. But this place, I can always find something that I reckon is kinda cool. Whether or not it's a particularly clever bottle opener or some sort of knife, or whatever it is that I haven't seen before, I'm sucked in and want to play with it. It's almost like a cool kitchen inventions store. Service is pretty typical retail homewares store, and I've got no complaints. Worth a look if you're shopping for the next Masterchef winner's birthday.

It not only has everything you'd expect in such a store, but it also has a good variety of gadgets that you never would have thought of. Things like tiny 5cm graters, drink whisks, and funky measuring sets to name a few. The staff are pretty helpful if you are looking for something in particular.

It had a little bit of a musty smell inside but otherwise the shop itself was clean and neat. It had heaps and heaps of stock and things were piled up everywhere. The main items stocked here are things like washing baskets, sponges, cooking utensils, dishwashing detergent and gloves - basically anything to do with the home. They also stocked generic junky shop items like stickers, cards and accessories like hats. The service was decent enough - the staff member remained behind a counter near the door but greeted me when I walked in. The shop itself was very quiet but there were a few people who drifted in and out while I was there. I don't really cook or anything so there weren't any items that really jumped out and got me excited but I could see a lot of bargains around. There was a pretty huge sponge and cloth range, which was a little bit exciting because it was such a bizarre thing to have such a large selection of - but it was a homewares shop so I guess it made sense.

He pays second rate labourers to do the work who doesn't know what they are doing. My kitchen cabinets are of different shades of white. The shower screen is installed upside down. The shower door keeps leaking on the floor. The owner, Mr. Wu, all he wants is your money. He never respond to your phone calls. The only time you will see him is when he wants to collect money. What a crook!
