KFRG (95.1) station is located in Colton off the 215 FWY. If you like country music and activities, this is the station for you. I have been listening to 95.1 for approximately 20 years. I'm not huge on morning talk radio, I'd rather listen to music, but when they play music it is usually a good selection (only slightly repetitive ). KFRG supports local charities and do many events. I've been to many concerts and events where KFRG has been and have gotten free stickers, pictures, frog odds and ends . They also hand out free tickets to events. I've seen them give out free CDs at Montanans night club and I've seen Jimmy hoppa at the Brandin Iron in San Bernardino. This station is located in the Inland Empire but there are other stations affiliated in the high desert area that play the same music . I can't wait to see them at Stage Coach this year ! read more

KFROG should be embarrassed about their signal strength. They claim to be IE's country station. Can't even get a clear signal in Norco. LA stations come in stronger. Actually, San Diego station have a stronger/clearer signal. The programming is decent, but not if the public can't hear it. I hope Advertisers get a discounted rate for the lack of coverage. read more

Do you want to hear about a dirt road, tailgate, short shorts, girl, and a cold beer? Listen to this station. Oh man, you will be happier than a child molester at Disneyland. It's Nashville pop regurgitated everyday. Sometimes I get confused whether I'm on Kiss-FM or Kfrog; the auto-tune vocals get me every time. The other day I just got real mad at my girlfriend because I thought she switched the radio station to Power106 but she was quick to point out to me that "it's hick-hop, bro." I've never felt so confused. Now, if you were hoping on catching up to some genuine country music from artists like Sturgill Simpson, Whitey Morgan and 78's, Jaimey Johnson, and Chris Stapleton ...well... you're going to be S.O.L. I like the Station a lot. I wish it came in stronger in LA in orange county. The people see more down to earth then in the large city. They play simple music which is good. However, it seems like every Song is about whiskey and drinking but I guess that comes with the country station. I enjoyed the 10 question take over every morning. That is fun. However, sometimes it fades in and out. I wish they would keep The Morning Show host consistent because they keep switching it. I like this and it is my favorite country station in Southern California. They push country concerts a lot which can kind of get annoying but that is OK I guess. Yes we know stage Coach is right around the corner, you don't have the reminders 55 times an hour. I guess that comes with the territory though. Boots in the park is right around the corner. Everything is right around the corner we get it just like last year. You don't have to keep reminding us. read more
