There is also a dining area in back. We were greeted by our hostess who was bubbly and outgoing. She has the perfect disposition for the job. Total sweetheart. We were seated at a booth and had a perfect view of the football games on tv. Well really, everybody there did because there are televisions EVERYWHERE. If you want to watch the game while you eat, this is the place. Our server was Sophia and she was terrific. We ordered the pickle chips, and two burgers, mine was the bacon shroom burger. The pickle chips were tasty but could've been more crisp. Ditto the shoestring french fries. They weren't straight soggy, but weren't hella crisp either. The burger was strong, but not life changing. They only serve burgers cooked medium well, so if you're one of those people you have my sympathy. I am not. Coaches is a good place to catch the game, good bar food & a cold beer. They need to up their game a little on the fryer.

It changed names when it moved to Liberty in 1970 and was in the Kravitz family from 1939 to 2022, when it was sold. I thought I'd stop in to see how it was doing. I had the Roast Turkey sandwich on rye. It was delicious! Lean, great flavor and texture; it was as good as I remembered it! The fries were also exceptionally good - large with a crispy exterior and a fluffy, potato rich interior! They were some of the largest fries I've had! It was great going back in time at the deli!

December 30, 2022 Party of 5…read more Atmosphere - 3 stars: Your typical chain style Mexican restaurant. There were many uncleaned tables in this large establishment and very few customers when we entered. Menus were also very sticky, and we had to send a glass of wine back because the glass was dirty. You could see the lip print from someone else on it.   Service - 3 stars: When we first entered, the host was on the phone and never acknowledged that our party entered. We stood up front before the bartender finally came over to greet and seat us. Our service was pleasant, and knew the menu very well. She was slow to take our orders as we sat for 15 minutes before asking for drinks and then another 15 before we got our drinks. There was only one other table seated in the restaurant at the time. Food - 4 stars: Food was good and large portions, but timing was off. Half the table got their food, and 15 minutes passed before the rest of the table got theirs. I had the steak fajitas with rice. Steak was very well seasoned and tasty.

Most of the food is fried. Prices are reasonable. The best aspect of this business was the employees. My husband and I both used the words "very nice" to describe the employees' personalities. The employees gave us friendly greetings, guided us on which sides we could choose, and promptly brought our food out to our table. When an employee forgot to bring out my husband's coleslaw, he immediately brought it out and apologized. My husband and I ate shrimp, fish, chicken, fries, and hush puppies. All of these foods tasted good. The serving sizes were large, so we had leftovers. My only suggestion for improvement is to clean the floor and to replace a torn mat.
