Stopped here this evening for dinner. Place was fairly busy. Drive thru was busy so decided to walk in. They prefer to order at the kiosk. Options are clean. Straightforward order process and payment right there. Wait time was hardly 3 minutes. The food was ready. Typical KFC choices. Nothing to complain about. Fresh warm food. Service was great. Very friendly staffs. Not many parking spots. A few spots dedicated for order pick up. Managed to find a parking in the corner. Decent fast food option. Worth exploring if you are a KFC fan!

    Bloody bone. Old chicken sold

This has to be the worst KFC I've ever had. It's not in the hood, it's actually in a very area, with shopping malls all around. All of that foot traffic from the mall and other busy establishments within a 1-2 block radius. This is addressed to the owner of this locations. I know the staff is just following orders and doing their job. This location cooks chicken in the morning I assume, and allow it to sit under heat lamps all day. Even the fries are 2-3 hours old. The restaurant is shiny and clean in doors. Outside at night in the driveway, the is a influx of mice and rats running from the location to the dumpster. While waiting on your order, this is easily observed. After staying away from this restaurant for several months. I drove by today to get 2 pieces and wedge potatoes. (I'm done)! For the life of me how is this place still in business. The restaurant was completely empty. No cars in the parking lot, not the drive thru. Of course their chicken is old and dried out! Makes no sense to drop fresh chicken without customers. I will post photos. Not only is the chicken brick hard and dry, but inside the chicken the bone is RED. Which indicates it's not cooked thoroughly. Health Department, where are you! I don't care if this place offer you 5 pieces for $1, run away from it. Never again. I wrote a review on this same place over 2-3 years. Well here's an update.

Most disappointing KFC experience ever. I love KFC fried chicken in China and most asian countries because you can bite tast crispy and also juicy meat with sweet, salty, and umami or savoriess. The KFC in US have comments which are polarized extremely, some told me so tasty and some told me is worst. And when I tried at this KFC store with a bucket of 8 pieces. So dry, so oil and so salty. I may never go to another KFC in US. CRYING

    Dried up wings.

Service people are friendly but the food is the worst. Everything is totally dried up - chicken breast, wings whatever you order it's clearly been sitting under the heat lamps for 2 hours+ I'm sitting here now trying their new wings and I can't finish them and I usually love wings. These are dried up chewy gristle. I now have run out of excuses to come here - haven't had a decent meal here after many revisits (perhaps the time of day? perhaps I was unlucky?) so I'm done. This is why Chick-Fil-A are going to take over - always good food there - moist, delicious and consistently good. Drive to Totem Lake and go to Chick-Fil-A - I hate their politics but love their chicken. KFC is doomed.

    Seriously? And it's dry.... wow

No point in ordering online anymore now that they took away the option to split your buckets to half original half crispy.

Chicken was moist and delicious with light breading. Not greasy. Mac and cheese was perfect and just the right amount of cheese. Coleslaw was the star performer. Excellent coleslaw! Not too sweet. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but it's also not noteworthy. The highlight is the staff - they're super friendly. They are happy to help, always kind and in good spirits. But the menu - it's a little complicated and I feel like it shouldn't be. I ordered three lunch specials and intended for the "1/2 pound" tenders for all of them. The women rang me up for the "three tenders" lunch special. No biggie - I must not have been clear and she didn't clarify. They were very kind and helped correct, and I paid the difference, totally fine. But I get home...and all three of the "1/2 pound" meals were just four small chicken strips. I don't understand why they wouldn't call it "four piece chicken tenders" meal since that is apparently what they measure a half pound to be. It felt deceiving, especially because I had intended to split these meals between five people. Anyway, it all worked out. Everyone was fed. However the chicken itself was still just okay. It is bland and dry to me. Even the spicy chicken strips lacked flavor. The macaroni and cheese has always been dry and flavorless, and somehow the rolls were just okay - also dry and crispy, not soft and fresh. I know people love Ezells, but unfortunately, it's just not my jam.

Ordered the Double Cluck with crinkle fries, garlic toast, and chicken strips with ranch. Overall... it was just okay. Nothing terrible, but definitely nothing memorable either. It honestly tasted like something you'd grab from a gas station--filling, but missing that "something" that makes you want to come back. The fries was pretty salty, and the whole meal just felt kind of one-note. Not bad enough to complain hard, but not good enough to recommend based on what I had. Service-wise, it took about 10 minutes to get my order--and I was the only person there. Maybe I just picked the wrong item, so I'd be open to trying something else if there's a standout on the menu. But based on this visit, it was pretty underwhelming.

Chicken was severely over-cooked and chewy, while somehow still managing to not be crispy lol. 80% sure the garlic toast was from Costco. "Arnold palmer" was predominantly pink lemonade? Not even sure you can even call that an Arnold Palmer lol. I'll give them credit on the house sauce which was good, and the disproportionate amount of fries were fine. Also not really an issue, but no indoor seating. So on a cold, rainy day like today we just went out and ate in the car which just added to the disappointing experience lol. Would absolutely just recommend making the drive over the bridge to Canes and getting the real deal.

Delivery review In…read moreshort We finally started to satisfy our craving for kimchi fried rice, and theirs is excellent, as is the soup. A little expensive, but they have good specials. You really taste the spice if you ask for it. In long We've been talking about kimchi fried rice for 3 weeks, and finally got an order in. We're trying to cook at home more these days, but we opened the app and we were total suckers for the special. It was just a few bucks off, but when we built the order, it was 2-for-1, so we have an awesome pile of leftovers now. Showed up fast, still plenty hot. Kimchi fried rice Awesome chewy texture, great spicy tart kimchi flavor, savory fried egg on top with extra seasoning just on the egg. We got our 2-for-1 on the rice, and the portion is pretty big, so we will get at least 4 servings out of this. Tofu mushroom soup Ordered 4 stars, and there's actual noticeable kick to it, which not every place does. Excellent flavors. For $25, 2 little cups doesn't seem like much, so if I see that 2-for-1 again I might put it in on the soup instead of the rice. We're trying to think of delivery these days as a rare treat, and this place more than met the mark. We had a dozen other dishes in the cart before we could make up our minds, too. The whole menu here looks great.

The best thing to get here if you have a larger group of three to five people is the combo meals which include a variety of entrees with the side dishes that can fill you up. When we arrived, the hostess asked whether we would like to keep the stroller with us or leave it at the front. We explained that we preferred to keep it because the baby is comfortable sitting in it while we eat, and she seated us without any issues. Shortly after, a manager or supervisor (a man with a mustache and slicked-back ponytail) approached our table and informed us that the stroller could not remain there due to fire safety concerns. While we understand the importance of safety policies, there appeared to be plenty of space between the stroller and the table behind us. We asked if we could move to an end table where there was clearly more room. Although the restaurant was not busy, the request seemed to be met with visible frustration. Instead of working with us to find a solution, we were met with eye rolls, sighs, and dismissive behavior. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was witnessing him publicly reprimand the hostess for initially seating us there. He stated that they now had to bus the original table because she had allowed us to sit there and that she should have taken the stroller when we first arrived. Watching an employee be criticized in front of customers was unprofessional and created an awkward atmosphere for everyone involved. At that point, our group no longer felt welcome. We ultimately decided to leave before ordering. We had genuinely hoped this would become a regular spot for our family and friends, but after this experience, we will not be returning. For families with young children, you may want to reconsider if this restaurant is the right fit for you.
