This place is horrible, had to say my order 5 times Like the guy couldn't hear me, no lights on the menu so we couldn't really see it. Then we waited in line for 25 minutes with 2 cars. I ended up driving off because the 2 cars In Front of me hadn't gotten any food yet either. read more

We are locals and have given this location several chances for years and are tired of trying. They are always out of extra crispy right at dinner time and you have to wait 30-45 minutes for a new batch. Because we didn't want to wait that long, we opted for original and all got sick from it. Yes, our entire family got sick. Last week, we ordered extra crispy and it was so dried out, it was like chicken leather. I'm done with this place for good. Can't wait for White House to open a new chicken joint. This KFC should be closed down. Colonel Sanders would be rolling over in his grave to know how bad this KFC is. read more

After reading all the negative reviews which seemed to be mostly from people coming from the interstate, we decided we would give this KFC a try. We're glad we did. We walked into the lobby around 4:35PM and were greeted and served super fast. We ordered the 12 piece dark meat with two mashed potatoes and a coleslaw. I also ordered a "Famous Bowl". The chicken was moist,hot and fresh. My bowl was so good. The sides were also exactly as they should have been. One thing to note though: The biscuits weren't served in their usual separate box. They were literally dumped on top of the chicken in the bucket. Weird, but ok. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back to this particular KFC. read more

On Saturday, I was moving my son and his family to White House, TN. At the end of the first day of the move around 7pm, I stopped at the Kentucky Friend Chicken at 803 Hwy 76. We ordered a 16 piece meal for $42.79 for 4 adults. I asked for plates and utensils. Cashier stated they no plates. The Cashier and Servers were not wearing COVID mask. When we got home (45 minutes later), there were NO biscuits and only 2 sets of utensils. I immediately called, and reported the findings to the manager, Crystal. I asked to be compensated for the partial dinner and that I was not going to drive 45 minutes back to their White House store. Crystal stated she needed to discuss it with her regional manager, Keri. She was not empowered to help. It's sloppy customer service to provide a partial dinner. And I had higher expectations for KFC. On Sunday, I stopped by the White House KFC store at 3:00pm, and spoke with Keri. She stated she was NOT THERE on Saturday, and she would only offer either 8 biscuits OR 4 pieces of chicken. I don't know about you, but I did not want 8 biscuits at 3:00pm on a Sunday. During our conversation, she keep breaking away. Saying she could not discuss it. I pulled out my camera to record this bedlam, and she went running away. I asked for a business card - no way. I asked her to write down her name, title and her manager - she wrote down Crystal name and her title as "General Manager". I askeed her if the store was a franchise or Pepsi owned store. After 2 or 3 break-away and returns, she finally relented and stated it was owned by "Alice Sdheler". Alice is this how you train managers? Is this good KFC service? Ordered 80 pieces of chicken for a get together. Was told when I picked them up they would adjust the price so I would get a better deal than retail. Chicken was wrapped in metal containers when it first came out of the fryer and it sweated in those containers and became soggy. Nothing like 80 pieces of soggy chicken. Called to speak to their manager twice and still have not heard from anyone. Plus I was charged complete retail. My husband and I stopped here tonight to have dinner while driving through this town..(were not familiar with the area/state at ALL being that were visiting from Chicago.) The manager on duty, Keri, was super friendly and helpful when it came to deciding what to order. Plus, our food was ready FAST! Thank you Keri, and staff for such wonderful service. Cash only through the drivethru every time I have been here in the year I have lived in White House, with a note in girly handwriting using sharpies and pink highlighter every single time. If this location is privately owned, get your act together. If it's corporately owned, someone get out here and fix this because you're on the fast track to plummeting sales and closed doors. read more

We went to pick up our food, as we usually do so it will still be hot and fresh. But the chicken was old, the biscuits older, and had no coleslaw. We called about six times, but no answer. Thinking about not returning to Whiehouse as a whole, seems like the same places in other locations offer the best . Spent 28.76, really on only one eatable thing, potatoes were ok. This store must be the red headed step child of the pepsi co family. While i waited in line for almost 10 minutes for food the 2 people that ordered before me had to wait at least another 5 minutes, with 1 gentleman who ordered a chicken pot pie was told it was a 20 minute wait. There seem to be plenty of workers but no real leadership guiding anyone. Come on KFC/A&W get your crap together and train these people correctly. read more

After being excited to try the new Nashville hot chicken at KFC I was very disappointed with my visit today. Although my chicken was very good, I was extremely disappointed that KFC chose to charge me $1.00 for a glass of water. When I asked the cashier about the charge, he told me that's just the way it is. Being a diabetic it's not that I wouldn't rather have sweet tea to drink but I don't want to be discriminated against not being able to. Picture this: You're coming home from a 7 day venture on a boat where you've only seen water, water, and guess what, more water. You get off your plane and expect a nice little treat at this hometown KFC business. But guess what I saw when I walked through the threshold of this establishment. A man in the corner chewing ketchup packet corners off and then proceeding to spit them onto the ground. Well that was a little bit of a set back but oh well whatever. I ordered my food and since KFC is a family friendly business I also had the rest of my family with me, so we tried to get drinks but sadly the man at the counter could not count above the number of fingers he had on his right hand. We sat down at one of the many crusty looking tables to enjoy the meal we had before us. By the way our food looked like the stuff they fed the rats in the kitchen. To conclude the building looked like it needed to be put down like a dog that can't use its back legs. Next time I'll stick with the Wendy's square burgers. read more
