The food taste and quality at KFC have gone below their past standards. The chicken tenders are too salty, the chicken doesn't have the same flavor, and I won't even comment on their chicken nuggets. We ordered online, and it said our order would be ready around 5-15 minutes. Upon arrival, it took 45 minutes extra to get our food. There was only 1 cashier behind the counter. I would give it 0 stars if I could. read more

Ordered the 8 peice bucket with 4 small sides today. The chicken was mush. Skin was soft and tore up. I picked up a thigh and it fell back into the bucket leaving me holding a handful of soft mushy skin. Called the store and they basically told me to screw off its not their problem. The gal literally said our original recipe is soggy, you should have ordered extra crispy.. in what world is original fried chicken "soggy". But corporate did the right thing after seeing the photos and refunded my order. Stay far away from this store folks... read more

I waited for 20 minutes not being served. At the drive-thru there's one car ahead of me and at least two cars behind and two cars waiting in the window. No one even got on the drive-through microphone. Horrible service!!! 20 minutes and drove away! read more

Found paper in my coleslaw, and my wife almost choked on it. This is unacceptable KFC and y'all need to contact me immediately because I'm bout to report y'all to the health department read more

KFC - Well paper and coleslaw doesn't taste too good nor does it digest so I think I need my money back - Fast Food Near Me - Topeka, Kansas

Just paid $12.45 for 5 piece tenders. In the drive through. Got home and it was 1 breast piece. What a rip. It's not the first time I've gotten the wrong order at this place. I think I'm done with KFC. read more

I've always loved KFC chicken and Cole slaw. Lately it's been less than tasty, but I have to share my recent experience. I work on Wanamaker and my days are pretty busy, and I had coupons for KFC, and it sure sounded good. So I leave work around 2 (like I said, it's always busy and the first chance I had to grab lunch was at 2), and drive to KFC. Lunch rush over, I get right up to the drive thru menu to order. I hear "I'm sorry, I can't take your order for another 20 minutes. We are still working to catch up from earlier orders" seriously? Apparently they had nothing ready as they didn't know yet what I wanted to order. Maybe there was something going on that I didn't know: cooking oil change, catering order, I don't know. But they certainly didn't give me a reason I understood or I might have been more "understanding". I'll probably give them a chance again, but look at their other reviews. Not good. read more

Chicken so dry they selling 10am stuff at 4:30 and making sorry they do it on order outs

Went inside to order take out. Three firefighters in line so waited behind them. Lady took their orders, took money out of the register, and walked to the back not even acknowledge me. I waited 10 minutes then a guy comes up to take my order. I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches at 6:10 pm. After 15 minutes, he said they were cooking the chicken and it would be another 8-10 minutes. So I sat down to wait. At 6:35 pm he said my order was ready and I left for home. When I got home and took out the sandwich, he had put two chicken twin the buns instead of the chi for the sandwich. He knew we wouldn't know what he did or come back since it was wrong. This location has awful service and making a person wait over 20 minutes and then not giving them what they ordered. Very poor service. read more

Went through drive through young woman was rude and cut us off before our order was complete. I made her confirm my order as I had asked to substitute breasts for thighs. When I paid and received my food I asked her if she had the order right and she assured she did. We drove out of town home, got there and there were four thighs and no breasts. I tried to call and no one would answer. I drove back into town and spoke to the manager who reluctantly replaced my basket but never apologized. read more

I went in wanting to order 10piece and they said they don't have any chicken they were going to close in 45 minutes they could've put some in the fryer as a paying customer but they looked so dead set on closing. I firmly believe that if there's 45 minutes left, till they could at least cook me 10pieces of chicken management needs to be firm on employees closing that if there's enough time and customer requests some chicken then they should cook the chicken for them we're paying for that time I'm was willing to wait for it I work nights so i rest during the day so nights are my thing I was wanting some chicken but I couldn't get it so I went somewhere else is this the way the owners of KFC wish this please due tell. Thanks for your time and I hope this will be addressed, it seems to an issue at this restaurant read other yelps none of them are positive read more

No rating!!!! I order a pick up. Yelp message said it was ready but went to drive thru and was told I had to get it inside. I am handicapped but went inside and had to stand in line. Waited. I was finally asked what I needed I told them I was there for a pickup and to find out it was even ready. They made up as I was there. So my order wasn't ready. Guess if I call for pickup and told it's ready I should be to go thru drive thru. I have gone thru drive thru on a online order before but they don't do that anymore read more

Walked in and there was a decent line, maybe 5 people. 3 of which hadn't ordered yet and 2 waiting. There is no one at the register. Waited 20 minutes and walked out. Keep in mind the lobby had one family in it, and it is a Wednesday at 7:00pm read more

Wish I could rate this place for actually eating here. But, they didn't even have grilled chicken and no one was in the place when we went in right at dinner time. Does that tell you something? Thanks for making McDonalds look like a fine steakhouse! read more

Two problems. More than a few times, the cashier at the 21st. store charged me for the wrong meal. That is not the worst thing. Their new so-called Cinnabon desert biscuits are basically just their dinner biscuits with Cinnabon sauce on top. DISGUSTING!!! Do NOT order this. read more

I don't know where my food is. The driver didn't arrive at the designated place. I didn't see him. He said he waited for me for 10 minutes, but I waited for him for 50 minutes. It's still raining today. It's very cold. I have a text message communication with the driver, but this is what happened after he left again. He said that he called me but I didn't receive any calls. My call record didn't show any calls. I was very angry. The driver said there was no way to solve it. Then he didn't give me any more messages, and you didn't give me any more messages. I was very angry. That's why your comments only have two stars. I only gave one star. I was very disappointed. read more

They are always fast, and maybe that's because they are always busy. This is a hard location to drive in and out of if you're not from the local area. The best way out is through another parking lot. I personally think KFC is over priced, but I do love me a Chicken Bowl! read more

The slowest kfc Ive ever been to. I almost feel like even if you leave a review about this restaurant they still wont improve anything. The food is mediocre. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through line just to get a 3 tender box. The wait was about 8 minutes per car. My god i was blown away. read more

Yet another order messed up, this one supposed to be for mother's day. Apparently items should be ordered one at a time to ensure the staff doesn't get confused, and you should check every item for quality, as it is fairly random. Charred buns and dry chicken in the honey barbeque chicken sandwich is just a lovely experience. From past experience, calling ahead doesn't help and they are always unprepared for dinner at dinner time, so expect long lines. Special orders usually involve getting the manager to approve (such as requesting a sauce on the side or not added to a sandwich). read more
