Used the kiosk to order and took a number and headed to a table. Sat there for a bit playing with my phone. I do have to say that this was a weirdly set up location. Like they attempted to rebuild with the orientation of the front of the building facing the exit of the drive thru. Majority of the seating is off to the one side of the building. Weird. My food showed up shortly after I sat down. Good to see that they haven't forgotten the dining room. Food was on par with what you would expect from a McDonald's. Fries were fresh out of the fryer. Good stop to grab a fast meal and head back on the road.

She was positive and I must say there were so many employees here working together than at any other McDonald's I have been to before. It's Pizza Hut. It's just okay tasting. Kinda bland and mediocre. The staff are freaking amazing!…read moreVery nice & happy to help. The staff is the best part of this place! Them prices though. (I know the staff doesn't set the prices) The prices for wings are ridiculous. SIX for $11.12 after tax. Twelve wings is $21.14 after tax. Eighteen for $31.15 a/t. Thirty-six is $61.20 a/t $1.85-$1.70/wing. Pizza Hut charging GORMET prices for the most mediocre stringy wings on Earth. The pizza is ‍forgettable. A mediocre-tasting large one-topping pizza is $20.80 after tax. If you can afford Pizza Hut you can get a MUCH better pizza from Roma's in Tappahannock. If the budget is tight you can get equally good pizza from Domino's but more affordable.

The lettuce looked like it was on its last leg, withered and some was brown. They also didn't have spinach as an option, maybe they were just out of it today... Idk. I also ordered a macadamia nut, chocolate chip, and raspberry cookie. The sub was alright. The cookies were good. The macadamia one was my fav. Those cookies satisfy your sweet tooth. The cashier was kinda dry. She wasn't rude but she didn't really say anything. Customer service was slack. But it wasn't my worst experience. They have olive oil and red wine vinegar in the condiment area. The restaurant was clean and their restroom was clean also. It was an average visit.

The two stars Yelp rating of this Wendy's is well deserved…read more My wife and I both ordered combo meals which includes a burger, french fries, chicken nuggets and a drink. We also both got chili. Unfortunately the only thing that was hot was the chili. The burgers were cold as was the chicken nuggets. The French fries were lukewarm. I went back and told the person at the counter that the sandwiches were cold. Five minutes later, the manager came out and asked me what the problem was. I told her everything was cold. Several minutes later the counterperson brought out two replacement burgers, but we were left eating cold fries and chicken nuggets. To top off the unimpressive meal, the restroom smelled like a sewer. I'd like to think it was a temporary situation but on the wall sign which boasted of a clean restroom, someone had written on it, "except for the sewer gas". One of Wendy's biggest problems is their inconsistency. Sometimes you find one where the food is fresh and hot, and other times, it is cold and disappointing. Like I said, unfortunately the two-star rating for this location is well deserved.

Then they want you to pull up and wait for 15 minutes to get cold or burnt food. 3 times in a row now. Different days, same result, cold or burnt food. I really tried not to complain the first 2 times, but the 3rd time was the last straw- they wanted me to bring the food and receipt back to get a refund! I only have a 30 minute lunch break and 25 minutes is wasted waiting from them to "redo" my order. I have tried calling and talking to them first but got nothing, only excuses from the manager.

The manager was coming to the door as we were walking up because he was closing the dining room due to staffing. He was very kind and told us if we'd like to come in and order take out, we were more than welcome! This speaks volumes to me. This shows me that they DO care about their customers and that they've got nothing to hide, like employees wearing a uniform shirt with pajama pants, filthy conditions, or unsafe food handling. We've come here quite a few times over the years, and while it may take a little longer getting your food than McDonalds or DQ, it's better quality and a much better environment. Looks like Hardee's will be our go-to here in Warsaw from now on. I will no longer give my money to any place that won't let me see inside.
