Quite possibly the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Building this was one of the biggest fights I have seen between the city nimbly, and the owners. Not only is the outlet filthy the POS System is out of the 1980s. Having to go to another part of the counter to pay with a credit card and no option to use a debit card. The staff was horrible and did not include utensils in our order. I am surprised KFC has not pulled the franchise. read more

As many have mentioned, this place finds a way to screw up your order. I've been here 3 times and every time, something is missing. Also the Asian guy who works here is not friendly at all. He's playing on his iPhone and doesn't pay attention. He did not offer me any sauces, butter, or honey. Not even a fork. When I asked he had the most annoying look on his face. This location is absolutely horrible!!! I recommend you go somewhere else. The staff was eating the chicken out in the open and not even washing their hands upon noticing you were there to take your order. I happened to order 2 of the new chicken and waffles meals along with a whole family meal. Not only did they not include the waffles in my meals, they did not answer the repeated phone calls I made to try to resolve the matter. Instead I had to drive all the way back to be told the reason they didn't give me the waffles in my order was because they ran out!! What??? They couldn't have told me that prior to paying for the order and sending me off with missing items. I also had to wait until they called a manager to come back to the store to refund my order. Went here all of 2 times. The first time i went, it took 20 minutes to get my food and there was one other person besides me there. I decided to give it one more chance, so i went again. The second (and last time) I went, i didn't wait that long for food. But the lady taking my order was rude, and when i asked for corn on the cob she said they didn't sell it. That was disappointing. When i went to get a drink, the soda machine was out of order. Then when my food was ready, i asked for the honey barbeque sauce that they advertised, the manager said they didn't have that type of sauce only regular barbeque. When i said ok ill take that, she said they didnt have any only ranch. Huge disappointment for me being a barbeque sauce lover. Unfortunately, I will not be going here again. read more

Worst KFC I've ever been too. The chicken was dry and shriveled (along with the potato wedges). I'm surprised at how the standards could be so low (even for a KFC). This isn't even a exaggeration but eating here convinced me never to eat KFC again. The service wasn't bad so no complaints on that end. It's my own fault for giving this place 3 chances when I should have realized after my first bad experience here, but what can I say? I like fried chicken! This store is poorly run, you can tell it's a franchise where the owner doesn't care about pleasing customers or repeat business but just the bottom line of saving money. The store is dirty, the employees don't care, they consistently cut corners and you can tell there's no accountability. Obviously, the owner doesn't read yelp and/or doesn't care about fixing things. All 3 times I've been, they've given me the wrong stuff and it's never wrong in my favor. For example, the last time I ordered the 15 piece mixed chicken and instead of giving me mixed, they gave me only legs and thighs. Stay away. read more

the food is as depressing as the store itself. got myself a gocup with 2 chicken tenders & potato wedges. chicken tenders - tasted like they were fried yesterday and put under the heat lamp for hours. they were not crunchy at all and room temperature. potato wedges - room temperature and lack crunchiness how can you screw up pre-made food (at a fast food chain)??? customer service - slow, lacking experience. the guy didn't even put my food/napkins/ketchup in a bag??? frozen tysons chicken strips & fries from a supermarket would have tasted better. at least it would be somewhat "fresh" & crunchy. all in all, i would never go back. the owner of this franchise should really consider revamping this dump, otherwise they will go out of business. they are ruining the name of KFC. read more

I must agree with the majority here..My experience at this KFC was not great. I ordered a ten piece order of hot wings (I've never ordered such a thing from KFC before but my husband wanted them). I guess they don't normally sell a lot of these so they said i'd have to wait for them to cook. I said I'd wait because I wasn't in a hurry. So eventually my hot wings came out and I didn't care to look in the box. I asked for some sauce for the GO CUP that I also ordered. The lady asked what sauce I wanted and only gave me ONE sauce. I had a feeling they'd be cheap and charge me extra if I asked for more so I just took it and left. I got home and realized that the hot wings are basically just these tiny wings that taste exactly like their normal fried chicken. I couldn't figure out where the wing (hot) sauce was...I thought maybe they forgot to put sauce on them. They were not spicy by any means. To make matters worse, they jipped me a wing! 9 wings, not 10! I was like " OH HECK NO!" Don't charge me $8 for these teeny tiny wings that are not "hot", make me wait extra time and then give me a short order. :( boo. Never got hot wings from here! read more

Save yourself the disappointment! I had 2 coupons for buy one meal get 1 meal free for Boneless chicken meal. I went on 2 separate days this week with the same coupon; same but different horrible experiences. Day one: The restaurant tables were filthy so I ordered my food to go. I was helped by the manager, female Indian who advised me she had one order of original boneless but the other meal would be boneless crispy. I said "You have boneless crispy?" Her answer "Yes" . I get home and have 2 chicken strips in both meals which is not the same size as the boneless chicken. How can you misrepresent chicken strips as the boneless chicken? She being the manager knew that and I felt she screwed me because I had a coupon. I called and spoke with her. She advised she remembered me and will give me 2 boneless pieces when I come back. Day 2: I used my second coupon. The manager was there and spoke to me. Did not offer to rectify her mistake from the 2 days before by giving me the 2 pieces of chicken she offered prior. I did not bring it up as this was a make or break customer service moment: She failed. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order. During my wait I observed the manager (previously mentioned) and an Asian guy, mopping, handle money and restock containers then go handle food tongs without washing their hands (gross). The only one wearing gloves was a Hispanic female wearing glasses. If I have a coupon offering a free meal I won't be back. Coupons are a good marketing tool to draw in customers. Got chicken here a couple of weeks ago, & upon trying to eat it, it all just broke apart; almost as if it was boneless chicken, but it wasn't! This is the third bad experience I've had here, the other two times they just didn't have any original cooked. The only decent kfc in this area is the one on valley, right off the 710. More than once, because they did not have exactly what I wanted, my order was upgraded to compensate.
