First of all, I'd like to know what happened to KFC chicken I think they're now cooking baby chickens instead of regular grown chickens. They are so small. But also you pay a dollar for an extra breast and they don't give it to you. You try to call them and they will not answer the phone. I don't care how understaffed you are. That's not my problem. This place is terrible. Customer service was very bad. I won't ever go back here. Walked in and no one greeted or even acknowledged me at the cash register. I had to grab their attention. "What do you want to order?" Were the first words they said to me. So I ordered. And immediately after I ordered and paid I saw a sign in the window for a special. They told me I couldn't get it it was too late. I asked for a refund to order again and they told me they "can't do refunds". It wasn't enough money to make a big fuss so I just said ok. The workers there were cursing and listening to vulgar music all while the people on the lobby ordering or eating could hear. It was bad. I'll never go back here again and I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. They people working there didn't want to be there and they make sure they pass that feeling to you and you won't want to be there either. They only gave us 10 pieces and it was over cooked. This place is a Ghetto Dump. Went in here over a month ago and tried to engage a manager. The cashier said there was no manager. I asked her if she was the manager and she proceeds to start screaming at me, yelling, "Are You ?, Are You?". I was stunned. She walks away and I try to get her name but she never returns to the register. Called KFC customer service and expressed my concern as a customer of the treatment I received. Told them I wanted a call from management regarding the incident. Weeks passed with no response. Called Customer Service again and they told me a leadership team member would be calling me back. Should have listened to the yelp reviews. You have to be very special to make a sandwich order as complicated as they do. I ordered two cheetohs sandwiches one was a combo.. thats it. I get to the window they entered my order wrong. Now im waiting for a manager to come fix the order. They finally get it right 5 min later. I pay for the food. Then Im asked to drive around to the front to be brought my food (mind you they are not busy at all). This KFC location has got to be the WORST I've ever visited. A few weeks ago, my brother and I came to grab something quick to eat and we like KFC. We got the 3-piece meal. Orig. Chicken was ok- but soggy. The biscuit was HARD AS A ROCK! I mean not editable at all! My brother threw it against the wall and it literally sound like a rock! When we went in to order- there was 2 workers- ONLY. The fountain drink machine did not work. I informed the worker who said he was the manager and he said I know- it hasn't worked I'm a while! Wow! Fast-forward--- decided to go to this same location 2 days ago. Give them another chance. This time I ordered an 8 piece family meal- this time I checked the biscuits and ONCE AGAIN- THEY WERE HARD! I went back to the window and asked them why they think it's ok to sell customers this crap! All young staff- one young lady said we are making a new batch now. I asked, how long will that take? She says 16min. I said, no thanks but regardless why would you give me these old, hard biscuits! She offered a side/extra Chicken for the inconvenience but that was not the point! I should have checked the gravy too! When I got to my destination and opened the gravy-OMG! IT WAS WATER! I literally poured it down the drain like brown water! This place is awful! KFC has always been upstanding with fresh food! This location either need to revamp workers and shut down completely! Kentucky fried .... Not chicken. Sunday evening 6pm Kentucky fried chicken has 4 employees working and no chicken ready. Staffing error ??? Pulled up to the drive through and sat there for 5 minutes without moving so we then backed up and parked which turned out not to make a difference. We were told 9 minutes for chicken to be ready. We waited 15 minutes and they made our order wrong. Ordered one order of original and one extra crispy but got both original but we were already home before we noticed. I teach at Shiloh Middle and on yesterday Thursda, November 17th the other teacher and I went online to order our class a meal paid for it online yesterday and got the confirmation number and the date clearly said pick up tomorrow Friday, November 18th, I left class to go pick up up the manager going to tell me somebody picked it up yesterday I said it wasn't us one black manager going to say I seen that order yesterda, the other black manager called her boss and going to tell me you got to call delivery lady what delivery iam the one picking it up, so I called support and they refunded the mone, it's nothing but the manager didn't pay attention to the date and fixed it on yesterday and somebody came in with the same or similar order and they gave it to them a mix up on their end but thinking we already got it we needed it for today we had promised our class that before we went on Thanksgiving break never again will I order from there the store nasty anyway I got a chance to see that while I was there .......No rating for me that star won't shine read more

This place is garbage. I went here to pickup a family meal with my kids. We were told the food we wanted would be 17 minutes. At 20 minutes the young woman who took our order came out asking if we had the $30 fill up, I said no we ordered the 16 pc family meal, which is with tax just over $40. We then proceed to wait for another 15 minutes and they came out with our food in two bags. I figured they would have it right. Guess what I got? The $30 fill up and was missing 8 pieces of chicken, 1 side and 8 biscuits. I call and ask to speak to a manager. They were intentionally using some crap phone or on speaker and wouldn't speak clearly. I just gave up. Don't go to this place. Read the reviews. I came to this KFC craving original recipe chicken. I had to pull around to wait for my order. When it came out 5 minutes later, i checked the side orders and they were fine. When i got home, and opened the bucket of chicken, I was SO MAD! They gave 2 thighs, 2 beaten-up legs, super tiny wings, NO BREASTS, and 2 flat wing parts...not full wings. I had to drive all the way back. I got no apologies from the pitiful staff. The person working the window got two breasts and just put them on top of my NOW lukewarm chicken and said "here you go". Horrible! Took my mom there the other day and both of us were so upset with our meal. It was around 3 pm and I thinbk we got what was leftover from lunch cause or tenders were really dry and looked old, so were the fries. The only thing good was the biscuit. KFC has been doing a lot of remodeling their stores and more TV commercials but that's about it. I will never come here again. Ever. Pulled up with my two daughters. I noticed they recwived a 99 on their health score so we went in. Ordered our food and it came out a little over 25 bucks. I was not thinking about it at the time. As we sat down and started eating i was looking at the menu board when i noticed all ou4 meals were 5 dollars a peice. My daughter wanted the chocolate cake. I was doing the math in my head and it should not have been that high. I asked for my receipt and looked at it seeing the cake was 4 and some change. So i was man that is alot for a small cake. Some time after my daughter (10 years old) became gasy and after the laser show in the car on the way home she complained of belly ache. When we got home she vomited several times. Stay away if service is important to your meal. My wife stopped by at 8:45pm to purchase a family pack. The young girl at the drive thru ran her credit card and then told her they had to cook new chicken. She asked her to pull to the front door and she would bring the meal to her. Thirty minutes later my wife gets out of the car and goes in to find her meal. Instantly she was greeted with a "What do you want?" attitude from the manager. When she explained she was waiting out side for a half hour to get her meal the manager started pulling receipts. "I can't find your order and I can't do nothing." Frustrated my wife left and went to Arbys. When she go home we checked our bank and sure enough there was a charge on our account for the exact amount she told the manager that her meal was for. The following day she took in a print out of the charge but the manager gave her NOTHING but grief about their mistake.
