It was sooooo good! I picked up lunch via drive-thru window. They were polite and professional. The food was nicely packed and lovingly made...hot. They were nice to ask me which pieces specifically of chicken I wanted!!! I was sooo pleasantly surprised and felt totally appreciated as a customer the Cole law was just perfect (not to much dressing and cabbage still crispy). The biscuits were fluffy and not greasy read more

KFC was good but the workers were so rude and I asked for extra ketchup and He said no and told me to go set down and eat and there was a wait when is there ever a wait at KFC it was because all the tables were dirty except for the one seat tables so he had to go clean a big tables for me and my family and he got mad. But after that, the food was pretty good read more

Um so they now have a chocolate beignets and strawberry cream cheese pie yall! This was the only Popeye I've been at with no line at at all. Super fast service and friendly staff. Nearby are ponderosa steak, KFC, Hardee's, a gas station, and China wind. This place is very convenient specially if you're traveling towards Indianapolis and wanted to grab a quick bite. Subway and burger King, taco bell. read more

The best chicken EVER! My family and I love the family bucket it is always so fresh and delicious. The staff don't get me started, they always accommodate if an item is missing. There is a girl I always see working in there and she is the sweetest. She has curly hair and is the nicest ever. As a mother it is so important to me to have nice young workers knowing what they are doing! Best KFC around!! read more

KFC sure isn't what it used to be. Something about the chicken is just different and not in a good way. Service was good but the food was just okay. read more

No livers which in the south of Indiana I was hoping for. Order taker at drive thru was friendly. It was food for my husband and he had no complaints. Reason for 3 stars. Employee with her mask down on her chin off her nose and off her mouth. Follow your companies rules. One weak link breaks a chain. read more

Food was hot & good but the staff was filthy like they've been digging in their dumpster. Plus they didn't even know their own menu. The menu hasn't changed since 2000's. read more

You can't mess up the chicken or the sides. It's just not possible, but for whatever reason, the biscuits are always crap. Hard and dry. People complain all the time but things never change. Inside could be way cleaner then it was. People working there had no interest at all in working. If I didn't like the chicken and Cole slaw so much I'd never go here. read more

This KFC has weird tasting chicken. It has a strange aftertaste. I've eaten here 3 times and it's always funky. The mashed potatoes are always watery too. Won't go back. read more

This location cares more about cooking food for meals than single items. I wish they put a little more effort into single items. Other than that, it's ok food. read more

I've only come for the lunch buffet and its pretty good. All you can eat plus a drink for under $9. I like that they give you 2 plays up front so you don't have to go back to the register to get a clean plate. read more

I stopped at KFC Scottsburg Indiana to go through the drive through to order a family meal. I got in line at 12:00pm and there were 2 cars ahead of me before I could place my order. I waited and finally got to the speaker and placed my order. I waited and waited and waited. Finally at 12:45pm I got to the window to pick up my order. It's bad enough that we have to pay 25% more than the meal is worth, but to have to wait in a drive through line 45 minutes to get it is ridiculous. I'll not go back to this restaurant. read more

This is a horrible location to go to the food is lousy compared to all KFC other locations are used to have a Buffet But since Covid they closed down and never reopened it the service is lousy it's just a place I would never recommend read more

I like eating off the buffet , good variety , good food . And the staff is friendly , the reason for four stars being sometimes they will be out of a certain item . read more

A rating of two is generous. The chicken was good which is the only reason I didn't give it a one. Very dirty, employees not in uniform behind counter, lots of high school kids that didn't know their own menu and were not concerned with actually working. I couldn't tell if there was even a manager present. First I was overcharged by ten dollars, then when my order came up, three out of the the five meals ordered were wrong (the two remaining were a buffet). Buffet counter was disgusting, all tables were filthy with piles of trash underneath. A lot of food missing from buffet. Overall a sad experience. Will not return. read more

It is 5pm right now, and the buffet is so sad. The only edible dessert is the pink fluff.. whatever that is. Every other dessert is either hard and dried up, or we can't tell what it is. I only gave the second star because by the time we were leaving, they put out new desserts. read more

This has to be the WORST of all the KFC's around. Always out of something, brown gravy, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and GRILLED CHICKEN. The place is ALWAYS dirty, salad and hot bar NOT maintained, cleaned or restocked, and employees ARE ALWAYS seen out by the drive through order station SMOKING. MANAGEMENT is a joke. I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK TO THE SCOTTSBURG LOCATION. read more

Food on the buffet is cold and the biscuits are dry and hard. They have poor customer service as they have to be yelled at to help someone. The chicken they put out is soked in grease. read more

I really wanted hot wings, but the buffet was there...calling out to me. I got my three styrofoam plates and loaded them up with veggies and chicken legs. I love chicken legs. With hot sauce. read more

Terrible! Service was terrible, food was not good. They charged us different prices then we're on the menu, then argued about it and said the menu prices have changed, but they did not update their menu. They did not have a few menu items available, one hour before close, and said they did not want to make them because they're getting ready to close. Cashier was rude. Restrooms and dining room or filthy. read more

I would not recommend ever eating here. They will almost NEVER get your order right and if they do it will only be because the food is very old and already packaged and ready. I haven't seen or talked to one intelligent employee. Don't go. It forced me to pick a star. Ha. I would give them a minus five. read more
