I stopped at KFC Scottsburg Indiana to go through the drive through to order a family meal. I got in line at 12:00pm and there were 2 cars ahead of me before I could place my order. I waited and finally got to the speaker and placed my order. I waited and waited and waited. Finally at 12:45pm I got to the window to pick up my order. It's bad enough that we have to pay 25% more than the meal is worth, but to have to wait in a drive through line 45 minutes to get it is ridiculous. I'll not go back to this restaurant. read more

A rating of two is generous. The chicken was good which is the only reason I didn't give it a one. Very dirty, employees not in uniform behind counter, lots of high school kids that didn't know their own menu and were not concerned with actually working. I couldn't tell if there was even a manager present. First I was overcharged by ten dollars, then when my order came up, three out of the the five meals ordered were wrong (the two remaining were a buffet). They charged us different prices then we're on the menu, then argued about it and said the menu prices have changed, but they did not update their menu.
