Is on the corner of two highways, so can be hard to get in. Clean with okay employees. My grilled chicken moist and tasty, green beans, unsweetened tea, and biscuit good. My husband's original, corn, beans, sweetened tea and biscuit were good. I did notice it was humid inside and then the A/C came on and blew the napkins off the table! I think the cinder block building and big windows don't make it easy on for temperature regulation. They alternate 80s music with current music. read more

*Fail* it is 6:35pm The big advertisement on the menu is the 'fill ups'. Well, no popcorn chicken add on and no offer to try something else. I did get the $20 family fill up. Asked for crispy. When I got to the window I double checked. Me: 'It's crispy, right' Him: 'yes' But he looked sideways as he said it. Classic indicator of a lie. So I got my meal and pulled over, I knew. No crispy in sight! All original. My family does not like the texture of original and won't eat it. Went back thru the drive thru and informed him. Got some excuse about 'the new girl'. I asked for crispy. No point taking home food my family won't eat. Well, I was told 25minutes!!!! Again, no offer to make it right. It came out in 20minutes and he added 4 extra pieces. I stopped here when I was driving from Oklahoma to Texas. I ordered a spicy chicken bite and it was very hot and had a lot of sauce. It took some time for them to make it and they didn't put any napkins in my to go order which was annoying. The actually sandwich however was good. I didn't go inside so I can't really rate it based on that. read more

Whomever is running this franchise (which the employees would not share with me) needs to either sell their store or go back to school. Very unprofessional. The majority of employees are younger people who seem to not care very much about their job. The food has been subpar every time I've been, and KFC in general is too expensive, especially for the quality. The inside is not kept very clean and it's always too cold or too hot. Plus, it's very hard to get in and out of the parking lot. read more

Food terrible, promotional specials are no what they advertise on th sing in front pf their building and they give you what they want, not what special you ordered and then refused a refund. Offered a credit good for 30 days at the Pryor, OK store but we were from out of town so we took the chicken tenders and left very upset. We got home to eat our meals and there was no coleslaw, and the chicken tenders were tough, tasted awful and they definitely was not tender. We ordered the special with 1 leg, 1 thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and a biscuit. I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone. I have eaten at several different locations and never had any problems. It is the person (manager) that runs the store that makes it good or bad. Dylan W. is correct. We sat at the speaker in the drive-thru at least 15 minutes, then we drove to the window thinking maybe the speaker was broken. We sat there about 5 minutes and no one came to the window, so we went back to the speaker for 5 minutes. It was just 10 minutes after 10, so we decided they just weren't ready to open yet, so we went and took care of other things and came back at 10:30, now there was a van at the window with a lady driving, at the speaker no one answered us for 5 minutes, so again we thought the speaker is out, so we pulled up behind the van, and watched an angry looking male clerk talk to the van driver through the drive-up window, this went on for maybe 3 - 5 minutes then the clerk closed the window, and the van just sat there. We waited behind the van 10 more minutes then backed-up and pulled around the van and gave up on KFC. Probably a good thing, the food is probably bad at a place where they obviously don't care about the customers' service and satisfaction. Horrible disrespect. Someone should be looking for a job they like. read more

As far as taking my order that was ok, but then the guy that took my order left the front and let the girl do all the work, it was like there were a lot of people to fill orders for but enough that one person should not have been doing it alone.
