We tried ordering on the mobile app. The store couldn't find our order (and yes, they confirmed we had the correct location). We tried moving from drive through to in store and there was nobody at the register and after waiting for quite some time, we gave up and went elsewhere. Went to McDonald's an hour ago in Pryor. Ordered 4 big breakfast meals, 2 biscuits and gravy. My husband and 7 yr old granddaughter didn't look in the bag. We got 4 plates with 1 sausage 1 biscuit and 2 bites of an egg. That's it nothing else! I hate McDonald's especially the one in Pryor. Today the restaurant was filthy as it always it. The men's room is especially nasty. The employees do not clean. They have special needs adults come in and do so. The dining room always has trash and hours old food on tables and floors it took me 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee today. Best McDonald's I've been to. They quickly took our order and were extremely polite. When we got our food they asked if we had everything before we pulled away. The food was fresh and made correctly. The worst experience I have had at a McDonalds. It was on 9/9/23 @ 10:30 am . We ordered our food and waited twenty minutes and still no food. We just left out of frustration. The restaurant was staffed by special needs employees ,which is fine, as long as there was supervision. SO UNORGANIZED! We went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast and when we pulled up they told us to go park on the side where curbside orders go and we waited 20 minutes for some hash browns!!! When I called and told them my situation, since we can't go inside they said they'd come out and fix it, they came out and gave me a complete different order and when he came back FORGETTING our ice coffee he asked for the bag of food back because he gave us the wrong order then saw him proceed to give the bag of food to the car waiting next to us AFTER we had put our hands in the bag checking to see what was in it. If you are considering going to this McDonalds, just don't. We stopped here for a simple two ice cream cones and two oreo McFlurries. Unfortunately, what we received was very short of that. We have been on many road trips and been to many McDonalds, and never had such an upsetting experience. At my regular McDonalds, when something doesn't turn out right, I return it to them and it is fixed. This is because my regular McDonalds actually has decent employees. Here, the case was very different. When we recieved the first of the two ice cream cones, it honestly looked like it had a large bite taken out of it. I looked at the woman who handed it to me and said, "I'm sorry but is there any way you could remake this cone? My son is 17 and this cone is melting all over the place". To this the woman responded "If you want to pay for another cone". I said "Really? Can't you make it like that one?" as I pointed to the other cone that the young man was preparing for us. She then told me that he was making it completely wrong and that they are supposed to only make the cones 3 ounces. Actually ma'am, you're incorrect. But this story isn't over. (I wish it was).... We were then handed the second cone which was actually made correctly (And we know it was because my husband owns 6 McDonalds in east Texas), and had to wait for the two McFlurries. Sadly, when I got the two McFlurries for my daughters, the cups were only half full. As we pulled away, my daughter pulled a long hair out of hers. It makes me upset and uncomfortable that they are able to serve food in such filthy conditions. I hope the $10 we spent goes towards some better hairnets and cleaning supplies, but for now we're going to have to move on to the next McDonalds. read more

For a fast food place, those are really the only things that can make your experience good. Have I mentioned the staff? This doesn't even deserve a star. I didn't think you could mess up a cup of ice, coffee, and a fruit and yogurt parfait but they managed. When we ordered at the drive-thru we were consumed by a pungent foul odor outside the restaurant. Like rotten eggs. I found that startling so I looked up reviews for the establishment while we were waiting and was pretty amused and horrified at the poor results. Well those were certainly accurate! We ordered a cup of ice, coffee, and a parfait and it took much longer than needed. When we pulled up a young guy handed us a cup of water and we said it was just a cup of ice. So he dumped it and refilled it with ice. When he handed it to us he said "Here's your parfait." We told him we still didn't have our parfait or coffee and he said he had forgotten. So he got us that. When we pulled away we were cracking up. Until we saw the cup COVERED IN LONG HAIR! We literally pulled out and threw it all in the trash. Can people be THAT stupid? I stopped by about 9:00am on Aug 1. I was in a big hurry, time was costing me about $120/hr. I asked myself, "What can I get fast?" I didn't have time to wait around for a breakfast sandwich, maybe a hashbrown if they were ready. I went in, and the cashier was not at the register. What gives? But there were hasbrowns on the rack. The cashier was in the dining room somewhere. She comes back, then takes off to the dining room again. I wait... $1, $2, $3, $4, every 30 seconds is costing me a dollar. Finally, she is ready to take my order, I quickly order a small coffee and hashbrown. Then I wait.. $5... $6.. $7.. I get my coffee...$8.. and then someone pulls all the hashbrowns on the rack, and hands them through the drive through, meanwhile, no body bothered to put anymore in to cook. I left without my order. I have worked at McDonalds when I was a teenager. The owner of this restaurant needs to fire the manager and replace that cashier with a kiosk. read more
