They rushed our food, food was a little hot but very sloppy put together our meals employee was very rushing us!

I got a one piece breast meal. They said they were out of honey for the biscuit which is fine so I asked for hot sauce or the chicken and butter for the biscuit. I received THE single most tiny chicken breast I've ever seen with no butter, no hot sauce and no silverware. Also had to pull over and wait for entirely too long for some one to bring my food out to me. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Food is always hot, fresh, and ready. One of my favorite spots in Plainwell. The guys here have reallu turned this location around.

OMG Where do I start. 3pm on a Wednesday two workers and no customers (besides me). I walked in and was asked to leave and use the drive thru because the lobby was "closed," (funny the door was open). So, already reluctant, I figured it's going to ok. NOPE. I was told I was ordering wrong, I guess I needed to say the items in a certain order. OK? Cashier tried to give me the wrong change, but then corrected it without having to reopen the drawer, interesting. Lastly, but most important...THE FOOD. Dry, over cooked, it seemed that it was reheated from yesterday maybe? (See Pictures) So they say live and learn. Please take this warning seriously. You will disappointed and upset. I purchased lunch for the office and I am throughly embarrassed! I have reached out to KFC waiting for their reply. I will update this if they make it right. read more

Don't go if you get your feelings hurt easily... I have literally felt bullied by the employees there several times as a doordash driver and as a customer. Food orders are typically correct but I never get the sauce if I go through the drive through. A cook literally went running into the parking lot to scold my fiancé for sitting in the parking lot while I was inside getting our order. As if it was HIS fault that it took so long. Then when he said he was just waiting for me they came and questioned me about it and accused him of lying. All of our experiences are just something to laugh about now but it's seriously concerning how blatantly mean employees there are. read more

We went to the KFC in Plainwell Michigan.Yesterday thru the drive thru and ordered our food.When we got home the chicken was over cooked and the Biscuits were small ,the French fries were way over fried they were so hard I couldn't eat them the chicken strips hardly had any breading on them. read more

Order taker wasn't even paying attention. Ordered the Nashville Hot tenders and got a regular three piece instead. This is not service. Being on drive through at the same time is not an excuse. Pay attention to your customers, hire enough people that both stations can be covered with clear communication. This place has gone down the chicken bucket. read more

A few months back we ordered KFC, and it was awful. I talked to the manager, and she explained she was new to this store, and they had a lot of work to do. Well, they did it! Tonight the chicken was delicious! The coleslaw was fresh, and the biscuits were soft. Highly recommend for an inexpensive meal. read more

I liteary waited 25 minutes for my food. 10 minutes into waiting, they informed me there were no pot pies. This is the reason I came. Very inexperienced staff. I had sent my daughter to get honey mustard which they forgot. The gaver her 1 tiny container. I'm beyond pissed. Good riddens. read more

I went to KFC in Plainwell today. After sitting in the drive through line for about 30 minutes, along with 8 other cars, I finally pulled around. There was no cars at the window, the doors were locked, I could see about 2 employees inside and tried to get their attention by blowing my horn and yelling through the drive through window. They wouldn't even look up. They were not acknowledging the drive through speaker. I drove away and called 911. They were sending someone to check it out. I went to KFC to get their spicy chicken and Mac and cheese sad chicken sandwich wasn't spicy at all. Very disappointed the Mac and cheese was dry would not recommend it. If I could get my money back I would. read more

We have always had bad experiences with this place. They forget the vegetable or the biscuit or the cookie or the mash potatoes. Last time they were out of pot pies. This time the manager had his face mask pulled down under his chin when he was making our order so he was breathing on our food and the packaging. I was shocked. He's the manager! We won't be going back any time soon. read more

Horrible KFC experience. Took almost 20 minutes to get our food which would've been okay if the food would've been good. Chicken was very low quality and slimy. Decided to try one of their new sammiches which had so much sauce the bun was soggy. They also forgot part of the order and gave us 8 packages of honey mustard. Now I'm not complaining about the level of sauce just the fact that it was honey mustard when I asked for BBQ. To sum it up if you want good food go elsewhere. read more

I went for the first time in two years and was very disappointed I ordered a chicken sandwich and instead got two dried up chicken tenders on a bun and my popcorn chicken tasted old as well and my boyfriend got the wrong food and we ended up eating dinner at home. I hate write negative reviews but when they won't let you talk to anyone in charge maybe they will read this. I stopped at this location today even though I have swore not to,as this happens 2 out of 3 times that I go there.. I ordered a 16 piece bucket, nothing else. When I got home I only had 11 pieces. Since this has happened numerous times before I decided to call and ask them to credit my card for the difference. If course she refused, said I to bring the chicken back and the receipt. (I guess I maybe can understand this), I would have done so, but stopping there was because I was short on time. So I asked to speak to the manager or someone in charge. Well, they conveniently were not available. So I asked for a managers name so I could contact them tomorrow. If course she couldn't give out that information. So I asked for the franchise owner's name. Guess what? Can't give it that info either. So I told her to ask them to look at their reviews as I would want to be aware of someone was continually having the same problem at my business. This happens nearly every time I go there. It is never just one piece it is always several. If I wanted a smaller amount I would order it. It is never over if course, But almost $30 for 11 pieces of greasy,cold, chicken, mostly legs and thighs, seems excessive. They need to learn to count! Maybe put it in their training programs, "Counting to 20 for Dummies" or something. End of rant!! read more

Great food as any KFC. Clean and friendly wait staff. The best part? Oh yeah, the buffett. Two types of chicken with all the sides you need. always hot. If something isnt, point it out and they will correct the problem immediately. Drink is included. Senior discount is availible as well. read more

Usual kfc flavor. Ordered "value" meal bucket, supposed to be all dark. Got home and found 3 drumsticks, 1 thigh, the rest white meat. Someone needs to teach the employees how to tell one end of a chicken from the other. I know they aren't paid a lot, but they are being paid to do a job, so do it right.
