Went inside the place to get an order around 8:00 PM. I stood at the counter for approximately 10 minutes without getting even an acknowledgement. When I finally asked for help, I was ignored by at least 3 people including the manager. After raising my voice for help one of the workers said to me I would have to wait because they where doing other orders. Yesterday 12/17, at around 2 PM I got to to the drive up and place my order. Of course it's wrong when I get to the window. Let me say the girl at the girl at the window had a Halloween wig on the color of purple and it needed a good combing. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT RIGHT THEN. Horrible Service!!! Made a simple order...employee showed me that she hates her job with her body language and the way she talked to me. I ordered 14 pc chicken and only received 12 pc. I also ordered Large Mash/Gvy and received Green Beans. I also ordered Lg Potato Wedge and received cold & shriveled up potatoes. The 4 biscuits were like rocks. Food was old!! I long for the days of good service with a smile. I went to the drive through of this store during off peak hours. My experience here is all too familiar with fast food chains these days. Went to get chicken on Wednesday around 5 pm, get there and the usual sign that they are short staffed and to use the drive thru. Wait in line for 10 minutes and when I get to the speaker to place my order am told they only have extra crispy dark meat. I wouldn't even give you a 1 if were up to me but this system doesn't let you really give the grade you deserve. This is actually the 3rd time I've come to your restaurant and get there and that sign us up. How do you fix the problem? I went to KFC on Route 59 at about 4pm and somehow THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN. I was in the drive-thru and the employee stated that they did not have an A.M chef and their P.M chef had just arrived so there would be a 30 minute wait. Because I was low on time, I ordered some popcorn chicken (which was the only menu option that was available besides the sides) and the employee stated that they were cooked 5 minutes ago and still "pretty fresh". I just had the absolute worst customer service experience with the 'owner/district manager' Mryna W. and manager Anthony. I ordered some Nashville wings but the lid wasnt completely closed and it spilled all over the bag and other items i had, my pants and a little on my seat. I called the store and told Anthony this and he said bring it back. I said I'm on my way to work and get off at 10... he said the store closes at 10 so keep the bag of oil n food in my car until they open the next day. Wth! At this point i said may i have the store managers contact info which he then gave me Mrynas number to which things got worse. ..(that's probably why he was happy to give me this number because he knew i would be trolled) She was condescending, rude and over spoke me every time i spoke. She at one point said "not to sound disrespectful" (which we know anytime someone throws a disclaimer before the statement its going to be some sort of asshatery)...she continued "wouldn't you have noticed the oil spilling" to which i responded unfortunately when i put my hand in the bag and pulled an item out oil dripped on my clothing and seat lady! I at one point told her that when a customer calls about an accident such as this is customary to say something like "sorry this happened" to which i never once received an apology. She continued to be rude and i grew tired of her ways so i asked for her corporate contact to which she refused to give me and said she would "report" me. I had completely had enough of her bitchy attitude and after another 'wtf' moment hung up and called the general corporate number. The point is a small accident didn't have to turn into an incident where I'm sitting here yelping and face booking this experience to whomever will listen. ..lol Hopefully you all will avoid this pit of hell and cook at home because according to Myrna she owns a few in the area so if you have a problem you will likely deal with this miserably angry person. read more

Went in to get 2- 2 piece wing breast combos. Took it home & put on plate & there was 2 thighs &2 wings. I took the chicken back to get it corrected. While2nd In line, kfc guy told people in front of me they had no breasts & stood there. People ordering were talking between themselves about what to get instead, so I asked kfc guy to check with boss to see if breasts were done yet. He left & came back a minute later & said chicken was now done. People in front of me placed their order and it was my turn. I showed him my receipt, and opened the chicken boxes telling him the problem, saying i wanted him to make new meals correctly. I said I threw away the potato wedges cause they were cold by now & I wanted new ones. He went to talk to mgr who asked me what was wrong. So he got told the story. I told him & said I just want what I ordered. He said told tell me how to do his job cause he knew how. I said well someone didn't, or I wouldn't have had to come back. He made the chicken correctly but I had to ask again for the potatoes. He started to ask why I didn't bring them back & I said they had gotten cold& I thew them away . Sorry Monica, this might be the worst KFC. Unfortunately its the only one in my area. They are extremely slow, always out of biscuits and continue to get orders wrong!! I refuse to go through the drive thru anymore after waiting over 20 minutes. The workers are courteous that is the only plus and reason for the 2 stars. The District Manager (Myrna Williams) who clearly list her name and phone number on the drive thru window never responded to my complaint until I contacted KFC directly and informed them of this. She then went on to tell me she did not appreciate me contacting KFC directly and giving her name. (Now I will put her name everywhere) I informed her I did this because it has been over a month and she never responded. She then went on to say she was on vacation and asked if I answered or returned calls while on vacation. REALLY you were on vacation for a month. She also told me to next time contact the store manager and she doesn't deal with this. Very Rude. Why do you have your name and number listed for feedback??? Needless to say missing biscuits and slow service has escalated to the Regional Manager. Why not just apologize and offer to replace my biscuits. So sad and unnecessary. read more

I really wish I could have seen these reviews before. Preferring other regular chicken, we haven't been to KFC since they got rid of the Honey BBQ wings (which has been a long time). Recently they advertised the Georgia Gold which appealed to our tastebuds so we decided to go today. A series of mishaps followed. They were out of wedges and after two attempts finally zoned in on something they did have and was asked to choose another side because the girl that took my order put it in as a meal. I was also advised that the Georgia Gold sauce was an up charge, I agreed. $24 and 20 wasted minutes later I get home and we have regular plain old tenders, over cooked corn and sour coleslaw. I came here recently & I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. They closed the lobby 10 minutes before they were scheduled to. A guy knocked on the door, so I opened it not knowing it was closed, I got yelled at by a worker said not to open the door for anyone else. I apologized saying I didn't know. Then an older couple was knocking on the door shortly after trying to come inside. The workers did not acknowledge them. The drive thru server had a strong attitude like she really didn't want to be there. I could barely hear what she was saying and had to ask her for my drinks. I had to wait 5 minuets for my potato wedges and all she said was pull forward didn't say can I pull forward very nasty attitude to be serving customers. And the wait was more like 18 minuets for potato wedges really.. I got tired of waiting so I went inside and ask how long will it be for my food? She had my food in her hand so at that point I asked for my receipt, because she never gave me one at the window and she couldn't find it but then once I asked to speak to a manager she says it's in the garage I just said give it to me and I walk out the door. I am sure it was a stressful day for the both of them. But they remained polite. They pay close to $10 an hour but they can't find anybody to work. That's the price of a strong economy.
