It's KFC. The food is always the same and I like it. But how hard is it to prepare a meal for the drive-thru window? I ordered a meal with butter and honey for the biscuit. I get to the windows and I always ask if the butter and honey are in the bag because they frequently forget. My fault. I did not ask if the spoon (spork?) and napkins were in the bag. I did get mashed potatoes and coleslaw, after all. So when I go to eat the meal? Of course they didn't put napkins or a spoon in the bag. Like I'm supposed to lick the side dishes out of their bowls like a doggie. Come on. I know there is a lot going on and probably all kinds of distractions, but HOW HARD is it to ensure that you put napkins and spoons into the bag? Or do you really expect me to ask for them every time I drive through? Really? I expected better. read more

Went to place an order on the app because it said "closing in 20 minutes" spent a couple minutes to put in the order before realizing that they have it set to only allow future orders. Then I pull up to the drive thru to place my order and audibly hear the ordering headset turn off, after waiting a few seconds it played the "thank you for visiting, but this location is closed" message. And when I went around to exit, I could see employees moving to be out of view of the window..... read more

after a long time not going here, I Returned. Terrible counter service, female glasses 2pm, was one miserable employee. Did her a favor still miserable. Chicken greasy, potatoes terrible, bun undercooked. Dirty dining room Try them again next year. They Suck! read more

Went to KFC today in Olean, New York and had the worst service ever. Ordered six tacos and eight piece chicken and waited 42 minutes before I went back to the counter and asked where my food was at that point the manager was very rude and unprofessional and was yelling at all of the customers in the restaurant at that point Finally got the food tacos were soggy no gravy for the potatoes and had to wait 45 minutes and had terrible customer service do better KFC do better get some better workers one less place to spend my money. I have worked customer service in the food industry for 30 years and I would never would've acted the way they did tonight I would be embarrassed to call them my employees. Even told us to go home and make our own food at home well if it wasn't for customers you wouldn't have a job. read more

Stopped in for lunch, and had another great experience. We changed our order several times and the staff were the epitome of patience and service. Wish we could say the same for the people behind us. The food was wonderful as usual, fresh, crisp, and full of their iconic flavor. We come here often so it was a great opportunity to indulge in some of our favorites. read more

I give this 2 stars because the chicken is always great, but the management needs improvement, you don't want to eat inside, take it home, the workers are standing around talking, not cleaning the tables and floors, filling the condiments, every table was dirty, maybe they just had a rush of customers, well they need to get their act together and clean it up before the next rush, flies, dirty tables and chairs, napkins chicken on the floor. read more

Ordered the family box for $20 from the Olean NY store, extra long wait in line and there was only one other person in fornt of me. The counter person seamed very confused as he was more focused on deal dash orders and ignoring the counter. Finally took my order but had no clue what he was doing. My order came out quickly but because I have gotten home with orders before only to find the staff cant count to 10. (ordered two 10 piece bucket only to find 8 in them when I got home.) So I checked the order before I left. To my surprise the bag had 4 chicken strips, 4 biskets, and an order of fries. MIssing was the chicken nuggets, and four pieces of chicken. Went to the counter waited 15 minutes to talk to the manger. The kid at the counter could not handle the problem. I asked for a refund or the order right. Asked them to remake the whole order because the stuff I had was already cold and I had a little drive home before we would eat the food. I was told no problem. The "new" order came out quick. I made a big mistake and trusted they would do the right thing because I was dealing with the "manager", I left with the order. To my surprise when I got home the order still had no chicken and was the same cold order that was on the counter when I complained about it being wrong. My famly loves kfc and because of the prices being so high it is a nice treat for them ever once in a while but this will be the last bad experience I will have from KFC. read more

I'm here in Olean for 2 months on a business trip and decided to have KFC for Lunch this past Monday. They didn't have drum sticks which confirms what some others have said about them running out of items. I ordered the 2 piece meal with a breast and wing through the drive through. Got to work to eat my meal and was disappointed. The wing was the size of one McDonald's chicken nugget. The breast was overcooked on the outside and on the inside was filled with I hope was uncooked batter that had made it's way to the center. Threw it away and had to settle for the biscuit and mashed potatoes. I've never been to a bad KFC but I guess it's true what they say. There's a first time for everything. read more

I really enjoy going here on the occasion my friends stop in town. The staff are friendly and the food is good. Yes, sometimes they run out of their extra crispy/original chicken, but I guess that's a testament to how good it is if they ran out. read more

How is this place still in business? Horrible service, always running out of menu items and multiple times getting orders wrong. Our last and final trip with my children, we Watched 2 kids that worked there, sitting by the dumpster with a trash can getting high on pot. How do I know? We could smell it as we drove by. The last time we went there they were out of biscuits. The time before that they were out of receipt paper. The time before that they were out of chicken. OUT OF CHICKEN at KFC! We found that out after waiting in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes. Most of the food is pretty good, if they have it, but it's certainly not fast food anymore. read more

The drive through took about 20 minutes to order and an additional 10 minutes to get our food. It is only 12:45. The chicken was tough but the potatoes and gravy were awesome. The worst part of this place is how slow they are. They use to have you order in 2 minutes and get your food in 5. I guess the days of fast food are gone. read more

I stopped yesterday and ordered 2 meals. One with a substitute of macaroni and cheese for the coleslaw. I questioned the server if the substitution was made and she said "yes". The server then said they were out of the original thighs at this time and offered me a crispy piece which I accepted. When I got home, 40 miles away, the mac n cheese was NOT substituted. I called this store today and spoke with "Amanda" the supervisor who took my name and phone number to give me a mac n cheese when I stopped in again. This KFC is in my home town so I go there frequently. Most of the time the chicken is good, but yesterday I ordered a 2 pc dinner original breast & thigh. When I got home and opened the box I had 2 of the smallest, most overcooked chicken breasts I have ever seen. The skin, which is normally my favorite guilty pleasure was so burnt it was inedible. Most of the meat was also so overcooked I could not eat it. I may have scratched together the equivalent of 1 very bad pc of chicken. I had to go to work so I could not address this, but I will today when I lodge this complaint with management. There is no way the person who cooked this chicken did not know that it was so overcooked. What irks me is that they pawned this crap off on their customers. I told the cashier twice that I wanted cool ranch shells in all of the tacos in my meal. There was no reciept paper, so I didn't even get a reciept. 2 drink selections were nothing but water, The straws they provided were not packaged and sitting in a cup for everyone to touch. Very unsanitary. The music playing feels like I'm in a thug clubhouse. Very harsh rap music with cursing, racial slurs, and sexual content. My gordita did not have a cool ranch shell, so I took it to the counter and waited for at least 5 minutes while many workers walked by looking at me and continued to either not be doing anything or doing cleaning and stocking that could have waited. My boyfriend went up and waited for several minutes and they said they'd make a new one, very unpleasantly. The visits here have become more and more unpleasant, especially when I overhear a worker mention welfare people feeling entitled. I'm not on welfare, I've worked ever since I was 16 read more
