No one star I'm giving the full five bar Stars FIRST OF ALL FOLKS YOU NEED TO KNOW ONE THING WE ARE LIVING IN THE POST COVID WORLD SOME PLACES ARE REOPENING BUFFETS SOME PLACES ARE NOT. LOL SMH ANYWAY BACK TO OUR REVIEW So here we have a KFC Taco Bell dual format originally had a buffet with a massive dining room because it had? well, a buffet. One thing I've noticed when I first walked in was how clean it was they do an excellent job it is run by the same people employee wise. the people that do KFC do Taco Bell yada yada back and forth. I came in and got one of my favorite mixes a two-piece substitute the thigh for a breast with the leg. And smash taters and gravy and it comes with a biscuit and a diet Pepsi. However the corn look nice and fresh so I decided to get make it a two-piece big box without the box because I was eating inside and they give you a tray duh! The chicken was definitely fresh and just done it was excellent it was nice and juicy and it wasn't cold it wasn't hard. The smashed taters when you open up the little cup or just a steaming away a wonderful sign of yummers. And the corn was fresh and hot too they said sweet corn it was. So basically everything was fantastic this visit I look forward to coming back here again when I roll into the quick trip over here at oak Grove Missouri yesterday I went over and had a big old barbecue brisket sandwich but here the KFC definitely warrants another visit when I'm ready to either yo quiero ring a bell or kick it with the colonel. So basically keep up the good work at this one that was very satisfied. And the cans were nice and clean too! I had to use it before I walked back across the street to the truck. read more

Take down your buffet sign if you do not have a buffet. Too expensive otherwise churches is better and 10 bucks cheaper

By the time I made it home I realized they messed up and only gave me half the order. Didn't give me a receipt either so there is no way to contact corporate. They said they would give me a coupon in the mail to make up for their mistake, which I asked if it would cover all that they forgot to give me and she would reply and just said she will send out a coupon. Very unprofessional even after they made a mistake. Don't go here. Their food this time has been a complete disappointment and honestly the chicken is so gross I will not be eating it. Glad I just spent 65$ on this. read more

My boyfriend and I went there on Tuesday, May 20, 2019. We got there as soon as they opened and the food was NOT fresh! Chicken was greasy and extremely soggy, mashed potatoes were old and sour, cookies were hard as a rock, as well as our biscuits. Even the soda tasted disgusting! And the all you can eat buffet was a complete JOKE! All old food, NOTHING fresh!! When I complained about it and at least wanted fresh cookies we were told that it would be a 10-15 minute wait! No apologies or anything! Then their roof was leaking on the inside so a couple workers thought it was a good idea to poke the roof with something sharp and all this old nasty brown water came gushing out of the ceiling, fairly close to where we were sitting by the way! It made a mess all over a couple tables and all over the floor and they just left it there and went back to work. This place is beyond disgusting! We left hungry and totally unsatisfied! I would save yourself the aggravation and NOT GO THERE!!! The workers look like they are miserable people and not friendly! Seemed like we were putting them out just by being there! This place got my order wrong! We were on a road trip and wanted dinner, so we went and this is what happened. I ordered the 3 peove drumstick meal and they gave me 2. I got Mac and cheese for my side and they gave me mashed potatoes! And they didn't give us forks!! When we pulled up to get our food they were fighting! Then she told us to pull up and we got our food! The chicken was mostly fat, barley any chicken but they gave me a cookie! read more

Terrible terrible terrible!! The staff here was clueless and messed up my order charged me for 5 drinks with my family's 5 meals then gave me 4 cups and made me pay for a 5th cup even though I had already paid for it according to my receipt. Every meal ordered was prepared incorrectly except for my child's chicken buffet and it wasn't made correctly only because there was no chicken or biscuits on the buffet line I had to ask 3 times to get it for her. There was food and trash all over the floor and tables as well as water all over the floor. The trash cans were all full overall this place was disgusting and needs the health inspector to pay them a visit asap!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here highly disappointing. read more

I have given this restaurant many opportunities and Every time I go there, something else happens. A lot of the sides, on the buffet, look like they've been sitting out for days and Every time I want more chicken, I have to stand there waiting for an employee to notice me and then ask them to stock the buffet with more chicken. The manager is very rude and they are constantly understaffed so the cashier is having to go back and help make food, not washing hands or wearing gloves in between stations. I have asked employees why they are so short staffed and I have been told that nobody wants to work for that manager. From my encounters with her, I totally understand. Totally do not recommend. read more
