My ratings and expectations are in line with the fact that it is McDonalds, so the quality is a widely understood level and it's not a craft gourmet sandwich. My first observation included: 1) it was loaded with lettuce, pickles and Big Mac Sauce and 2) the batter-dipped patty looked dry. That being said, the chicken, which was not dry like the outside appeared (yet not necessarily juicy), took a back seat to the sauce flavor. When I did grab a bite of just patty, it didn't have a particular Chicken taste. Comparing the nutritional information, Chicken Big Mac has more calories and fat than the original 100% beef patty version - plus, there are a lot more ingredients to the patty than chicken. All that said, I'd likely opt for the Chicken Big Mac over the original if given the option. They should have a grilled chicken version. Ordering through the app for "ASAP" orders is pointless as it takes 20+ minutes every time. I think if they had one section for delivery orders only, things would be a lot smoother. Besides this, it is uncomfortable to sit and actually eat in the restaurant as there are not many tables available. They finally opened up this Pizza Hut in Washington Heights. I have been walking by this location…read morefor the last year or so and wondering if it would ever open. They finally hung up the grand opening sign last month. At first I was confused why they were opening up a location right here in uptown when there are several other pizza locations available. The only other chain restaurant nearby is Dominos. I have fond memories of Pizza Hut when I traveled to Jersey as a child so this was exciting for me. They are open from 10am to 2am. That works well for the late night crowd in the area who are craving pizza on their way home. It is located right by the 191st train station for easy access. On Tuesdays they offer a buy one get one free large pizza. That is a fun perk for bringing in customers. I ordered a small pizza pie and breadsticks for myself. I will have to come by here again on the weekends to see what it is like in the later hours.

The tables are all filled up. There's never an empty table but I always take my food to go. The service is kind of slow in this one or maybe the line is just too long. It's always out the door. The location is also very small. Luckily it is next to Starbucks so I get a caramel Frappuccino or latte first before waiting on the line to grab a chicken bowl. The chicken is very fresh and juicy all the time in my bowl. Luckily they pack all the ingredients to the top so I know I'm getting my money's worth. The sour cream is fresh. The bad thing is the black beans are kind of salty. I wish they put less salt. The guacamole is very tasty and seasoned well.
