The employee who took my order, Brittany, is very rude. There was a long line of customers when I walked in and she finally helped them. Some of them had been standing for 20 minutes or longer. She took their orders hastily with a clear look of anger on her face. She started screaming at a male coworker making food, who started screaming back. Her and that coworker started shouting profanities about other coworkers that didn't seem to be present calling them names. The male coworker also shouted profanities at Brittany, who yelled back. Brittany also screamed out all of the new orders and kept repeating them saying she needed them now. She got one customer's famous bowl and just yelled "Famous Bowl!" She slammed the bag down on the counter. The food was okay, but they forgot to leave off the pickle on the chicken little as requested and the famous bowl seemed to have been made in a rush. It was just thrown together and not layered like normal. There were about 7 other people in the lobby eating that all looked uncomfortable because of the employees fighting each other. A woman ordered some chicken for her family and Brittany said loudly before handing her the order that "it was dark chicken but hopefully she doesn't care about it." There was one woman who ordered two pieces of chicken and a biscuit and was told with an attitude it would be about 20 minutes. After about a half hour of sitting, her order was still not done and she got frustrated and got a refund. read more

Absolutely horrible. This is the five piece big box meal this was four and half piece . The fries were cold and hard the box of fries were half full at best. Total rip-off. I don't expect the absolute best but I want something edible. Needs better customer service. The associates working act like you're inconveniencing them. read more

I decided after a year of not eating KFC, to once again try it and see if it was as I remembered. When I was a teen it was finger licking good, albeit a watered down version of the Colonel's original recipe at the time. But now....it's even more watered down as compared to a year ago. With this new experience, I've come to terms that KFC is no better than a frozen TV dinner from Hungry Man or Banquet. Perhaps it's just this location. I'll try others and see. But being a chef myself, I know the original recipe and THIS wasn't it. All I tasted was flour and salt. The chicken was tender, I'll give it that, but the coating was like starting a bad novel, the beginning lead to the rest of it. And I thought that ordering the original recipe that it would be so. However, the coating looked like extra crispy, which is another nightmare on its own. I then tried the coleslaw, remembering how wonderful and sweet the coleslaw juice was and how it would drip off my spoon. My memories were shattered as I beheld the "dry as dust" cabbage before me. Very little juice. I've seen more moister in the desert. So sad. Then on to the mashed potatoes and gravy. Ugh! The potatoes had the taste of a box while the gravy tasted like something from those instant gravy packets you get at the dollar store. So un-epic!! Then the biscuit was a dough ball that even a carp would not chew. All in all a very sad and emotionally shattering experience of what KFC used to be years ago as compared to how it is today. I may give this place another shot later but for now, I'll be avoiding it like the plague until the food becomes more tolerable and more like KFC used to be and not a TV dinner knockoff. Honestly, Popeye's chicken beats KFC now. Colonel Sanders would be foaming at the mouth if he visited this location. Get it together KFC. You can do so much better!!! read more

First time I've delt with this manager "Chris" very unprofessional and after getting my order wrong the first time , I had to drive BACK because the drums looked like they were bitten into..I drove back in less than 15 minutes. He obviously did not care about his customers if he has such an unpleasant attitude and wanting to b.s. me on the orders I ALWAYS get each time from this same location. This time I went inside to fix this ridiculous excuse of drums and my god , for only going through drive thru at this KFC, I never seen the inside.. till now and the inside looked disgusting, their kitchen looks so unclean. Not to mention the sad excuse of crispy chicken...white meat looked like dark meat and it wasnt even regular crispy. How can you mess up fried chicken tho :)) not to mention using the excuse he gave me for the "half bitten looking drums" exploded ...EXPLODED ? Well why are you over cooking the chicken ? I haven't had a problem with my orders before but these drums don't look EXPLODED..and even if his claim may be true why are you serving half exploded chicken and soggy ones at that??! Usually I don't call corporate but I most definitely did for this poor service not only from the manager but also for the poor excuse of chicken and the uncleanliness it was inside. My fiancée and I had a late night craving for fried chicken, and we don't typically eat fast food but the struggle is real, you know? Anyway, we went at 10:30 pm. Online and on the door it says they are open until 11. We tried to go in and the door was locked, not an employee in sight. Thought maybe the drive though is open late and maybe the dining room closed at 10, so we went through the DT. No answer. We called out and no answer. I called the store and no answer. Then we pulled around, Being I work in food I know the sensors can act up. I was going to go back through but a truck was in line and she couldn't get an answer either. I repeated and nothing. Wow no chicken breast and 4 more hours to be open! Got refund and went to Lees on wheeling. Hope they have some food to sell. read more
