Pulled up to store early because I wanted a fresh sausage cross ain't. Store opened at 6am. My clock says 5:57am. Young lady came out back kicking boxes out of the back door, told me we're not open yet. At this time it was 5:58am. 6am they took my order. Pulled up to window, told the cashier how excited I was about getting a fresh sandwich. She told me I can't sit at her drive thru because of a timer. I've never worked at a BK before. I said well it was only 3 minutes. So I'm guessing she was the manager. I've sat in the drive they upwards of 10 minutes waiting to get food before. She kept trying to belittle me. I asked her not to talk to customers like that. She continued to snap on me like I was a child. I asked for my money back and left. I'm a business owner in the community. Me nor my employees will ever come back. Y'all don't care anyways!
