She actually owed me $.32, which I never received, nor did she provide me with my receipt. No matter the amount this is still theft, and it is unacceptable. I submitted two complaints after the incident and called the store after hearing nothing. The manger stated they were short staffed that day, but that the worker would be fired or moved to the kitchen if she had one more complaint against her. I asked for the GM to call me, but I never heard from them, and I never received a verbal apology. I did receive an email apology shortly after offering me a free item with my next purchase. I doubt I will visit this location again, and wanted others to be aware of the theft!
