The food was typical tasting of KFC and Taco Bell. Our vehicle was too big to drive through the drive through and of course no dine in because of CoVid 19, so we walked through. Terrible manager and general manager. Went through the drive through with my sister who's in town for a visit, they messed up the order so I went to get it fixed. They got an attitude because he didn't give us a receipt and I explained I was only missing one thing and to take it easy with the biscuits because they were over cooked. They told me since I didn't have the food brought back with me and I didn't have a receipt, they didn't know if I was really there. Um so being a manager in a food establishment that is not how that works. You can pull receipts from the system that day. Over all horrible experience. They were really rude and very unprofessional. Small overcooked chicken tenders...very disappointing! Would avoid making this mistake!

Absolutely the worst KFC I have ever gone to. Ordered the 16-piece family meal and the 8 piece tender and they did not put all of my sides in I had to send it back because there were no biscuits there was no gravy there was no macaroni and cheese even though I was supposed to have four sides. Then when they did give me the biscuits and the rest of my sides when I got home and that's over an hour away there were 14 pieces of chicken instead of 16 six biscuits instead of eight biscuits no sauces for the tenders absolutely nothing. Terrible service the chicken is not crunchy it's absolutely horrible highly advised people to just skip there all together to eat. read more

Omg. I could not believe how bad this was. I also couldn't believe how hungry I was from driving such a long time that I was desperate enough to eat some of this food it was so dry so overcooked so ugly has to be simply breathtaking. This chicken was the driest chicken I've ever had in my life. Especially from a KFC .. if I want in a semi I'd turn around and take it back ! I'm literally disgusted .. I ordered the Fill up Box ... The lady was rude and dismissive , had an attitude was super quick didn't make sure we didn't need anything else , we had a car of 3 people and since it's conjoined kfc and Taco Bell we had food from different places . When I asked for hot sauce she only gave me Taco Bell hot sauce so I waited at the window in my car while the window was closed and when she came back I asked for hot sauce from kfc and she was just aggressive with everything and unwelcoming and the chicken wasn't even good ended up getting trashed . This KFC/Taco Bell is excellent for a quick meal. They are not to busy but business was steady My wife got Chicken and Cole Slaw and I got a Mexican Pizza. Last week she had a 4 piece and I had 2 Taco Supremes. We had great meals here and everything was more than I expected. The price was reasonable as expected. *update* I've been sick since eating there. The food was nasty. I only took three bites of three of the hot wings. They were not cooked through and bloody in the middle. Went to the doctor I have gastroenteritis. Wtf‍ Why is no stars not an option? It's ridiculous I have to ask for my order to be made fresh. Obviously it's necessary because I received my order and it was all cold and the cashier either didn't relay the message or those in back didn't care. I spent 30 minutes in the restaurant when I shouldn't have to have been here more than maybe ten. The girl who gave my order was rude about fixing it. If there was another restaurant near I'd have gone. Places like these in a travelers area need better quality service and employees. If I could give zero stars I would, ordered an 8 piece with mixed crispy and original chicken will never get crispy chicken again it was old and hard as a rock, could not even eat it! They gave us more crispy chicken than the original so only 3 pieces we could eat! Service is terrible! 11/07/20 My husband ordered 2 pieces chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit. No fork to eat the mashed potatoes and no packets of honey/butter for the biscuit. Otherwise the food was good. This was to go so we weren't able to return. This was at 7:00 PM they were not busy. Also could tell the French fries had been setting around Luke warm and chewy. Have to guve a shout out to the people at KFC working on Saturday night 5/9/2020. Walked accross the street from the T/A to get somethjng to eat. Tried to go in and they advised the lobby was closed and tonuse the drive thru. I let him know that 13 6 would not quite fit in a 9 foot opening. He said don't worry, just knock on the second window and they will take your order. One of the few trucker friendly places that will let driver walk in the drive thru. read more

Do not eat at this KFC. My husband and I stopped there for lunch and we were very disappointed. At the height of lunch they had no original recipe chicken cooked and we had to wait for 15 minutes for it to get cooked. (At this point they should have comped our lunch) We also had a coupon and no one there knew how to enter a coupon into the register. They kept having to call their manager for instructions on how to do it. (This occurred 3 times) They also insisted that the coupon was for 1 person was it clearly stated on it that it was for 4 people. My husband and I have both worked in retail for several years and one thing we were always told: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! We will never eat at this KFC again. read more
