I read the reviews to this place as I was pulling up late one night with not many other options. I should have headed their advice and steered clear. It was an hour before closing time and they had nothing but chicken nuggets. the food I did get has the texture of being cooked hours prior and sitting in a warmer. After 10 minutes of waiting at the drive thru with nothing heard from the other side, I decided to call the location to see if the store was maybe closed and I didn't notice. (there were multiple cars behind me and I didn't want to lose my spot in line.) big mistake. the worker inside started yelling over the drive thru speaker that he could hear the phone ringing, he was the only person in there and that he was working on a big order so I had to wait. I asked him whether he wanted to take my order now or after he finished when he again, acted incredibly rude, yelling loudly that he had to pack a party order?? I asked him one more time if he wanted me to order now or after he finished and he refused my service. absolutely disrespectful- maybe train your employees to inform your customers about waits/how not to yell at them when they're simply seeking information. I wouldn't give this fucking place the one star that yelp makes me give them what a joke .....went through the drive thru on a slow day literally 2 cars in the parking lot and 1 truck in front of me for the drive through on top of all my food being so cold that the damn fries felt like rocks in my mouth all the other food I bought was cold as hell on top of that for a 5 piece nashville hot tender meal which the damn workers couldn't even mix the clarified butter mix properly for the tenders to even taste like it I have pictures ....bought a 3 piece dark meal that had food missing even after I was told I couldn't get more than one side with a meal out of the 40 some odd dollars I spent for my meals and desserts the only thing that was even fresh was the fucking lemon cake and that's cause it came out a plastic container that didn't need to be touched by anyone there couldn't even get a receipt for my order !!!! Like I said it wasn't even busy there only three cars in total and still was asked to pull up out of the drive thru to wait over 10 mins ....10 mins....for cold food now I don't know about anyone else but that's fucking bullshit my food should have been fresh asf ....oh and don't get me started on the asshole at the window who couldn't answer any questions I had plus I paid cash these assholes knew what they were doing cause they never gave me a receipt !!!! Does KFC require service to be atrocious? I ordered my 8 piece meal with 2 sides and biscuits, I also ordered and extra side of mac and cheese and in individual coleslaw. After waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and after I had paid, I was informed that they were out of mac n cheese and asked if I wanted more mashed potatoes. I asked what else they had for sides and was told they only had mashed potatoes and coleslaw and they were out of everything else. This information should have been provided when the order was placed, if I had known I would have gone elsewhere. They're also out of biscuits and have been for months, they don't tell you this unless you ask. We were also shorted a piece of chicken and there weren't any wings. read more

Literally worst service you'll ever receive. Milford isn't that great when it comes to service, but this place is the absolute worst. Unless you have the menu memorized, every 3 seconds they're going to ask what you want, and they don't like if you take more than 10 seconds to order. I go here often for Taco Bell (they have both at this location) and decided to get KFC this time. MISTAKE. the staff was in no way unfriendly- the service is definitely not the problem. Our food cost $37 (which we felt was INSANE for two meals and a dessert) the chicken in my 3 piece was definitely old, the Nashville hot chicken was so dry and the "sauce" was nothing like usual it looked the the sediment scraped from yhe bottom and scooped onto the chicken in some spots. The fries that came with it were so old they were chewy. I honestly didn't want to review- I just wanted the food replaced but after TWO attempts to quietly just get what I paid for and hearing nothing (it's been more than a week now) I am just going to warn others to not even attempt it. I love KFC and this trip the only thing good about it was the Mountain Dew and the lemon cake. Oh and we also didn't get a receipt (we went looking for it when we saw our food) so who knows if we were charged correctly. Friendly staff but awful food! read more

Terrible food! I ordered the breast combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit to take back to work for lunch. It was horrible. The biscuit was over cooked and dry. The chicken breast was overcooked and dry, even in the middle. The skin was so rubbery you couldn't even chew it. And the box mashed potatoes were nasty. Just cause the outside was redone doesn't make the food any better. That was my last visit. read more

Every fast food place in this little town leaves a lot to be desired but this combo KFC/Taco Bell is always a front runner for top spot as one of the worst! I don't know how they train management but zero foresight goes into restocking product! They are ALWAYS out of something. If it's a promotional item- forget about it! I've come in on a regular weekday night to a greeting of "we're out of chicken". What?!?! Just chicken in general? Like, every variation and variety? It just gets old. It's not a hard job to do if you pay just a little bit of attention!! Slower than crap food service and only one bathroom per gender. This located on a MAJOR throughway to DE Beaches, MD Beaches, the Eastern Shore and to Virginia and North Carolina. One would think that it would have at least 2 stalls per gender. It also took 15-20 minuets to get an order for 2 people. I'll never stop here again. read more

Food was as good as any other KFC. The ordering experience was mass confusion. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The poor ladies in front of me had their orders so messed up. worst service I have ever experienced cashier was abrupt almost rude, did not offer a receipt, told me to move around building to the front door for my take out order. 20 min later I had to go inside and it was apparent he had forgotten about me when I asked how much longer for my food he gave me a blank look and turned away at this point I got angry and loud. he walked outside mumbling something about the manager. a few minutes later a women came in put together an order and placed it on counter in front of me then without even making eye contact turned away I had to raise my voice again to ask if this was my order and that I wanted my receipt that was never offered. with out a word she went to register printed my receipt and hand it to me. all told from payment to leaving store almost 30 minutes have gone by. I get home with dinner, server it up and discover I was shorted 1 piece of chicken. Called store and as soon as the women that answered realized this was a complaint call the phone was obviously placed on counter and I was ignored. women never responded to my call after about 10 minutes I hung up. Calling many times through rest of evening resulted in a busy signal WHAT A SUPRISE.
