The last time I was up there I tried to order a box meal in the drive through. I was treated extremely rudely; the person at the drive through made comments like "you tell me", & at one point I was told to "speak English". I ordered the fiesta taco salad (beef) only to get home and find out there was no meat actually put on it. Only refried beans, rices, lettuce and you get the idea from there. They never have Chicken ready at peak hours. Everytime I go there, they are out. I think this is the 5th time I left without purchasing food because they didn't have it ready. My mom and I drove an hour to reach this KFC. We entered to a greeting from the cashier, we informed them we would need a minute to decide. They sarcastically asked if we wanted a taco. We kindly denied the offer, sharing our stomachs were fully decided for the KFC. We were told they did not have any KFC and would be out for at least another week. Thinking they had a strange sense of humor, we questioned the humor...only to be told they were only doing the Taco Bell. They insinuated all of the items were out, which was proved when they further pushed a taco. No elaboration on what spicifically and why. went there ordered 24 taco the lane brains put them all in a plastic bag so by the time i got home i had soft taco!!!!!!! then went back to get a order that was to be replaced and someone asked me to pick up mashed potatoes and gravy and i ordered 4 mashed potato and gravy and 4 biscuits only to find when i drove home an hour and 15 minutes later no biscuits and only one gravy and they shoved all the replacement tacos in a box so they were all soft again~!!!!!! how stupid can you be? no wonder they are closing it use to be packed with people now your first in line ill take my business elsewhere they stink for business~!!! read more

This place is dirty, dirty, dirty. Be careful when you walk on the floor, you might slip on the grease that they seem to mop their floors with. If they even mop. Over by the pop station you'll be fine as the floor has a nice thick layer of spilled pop on it for you to stick to. And if you're rally lucky like most people, they'll be out of chicken or you have to wait thirty minutes to get it. They wouldn't know how to fill a taco or burrito to save their lives. Not nearly the required amount of filling. According to gossip in town if you have the secret password at the drive-thru you can even buy drugs. The employees are obnoxious kids who cold care less about the customers and none of the, have a clue what they are doing there. One time we waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes listening to the kid say "Ummmm.... Hold on." We finally just t.d him to forget it and we left without getting any food. And if you even think you'll get anywhere by writing the head office, forget it. Been there, done that, nothing changes. They don't even bother calling you back to find out what happened or t offer you something in return for wasting your time with the monkeys they employ. There's not much nice things I can say here. The place smells, it's filthy, the people behind the counter wear dirty clothes. The floor is slick with grease in spots and sticky with spilled pop in others. Behind the counter where they cook the food is the worst. Spilled food sits all over the floor and is like this each time we visit. WHY we go back occasionally is a mystery to me! They seem to never have chicken and you have to wait a good 20-40 minutes for food. I have complained several times to the company who owns KFC/Taco Bell, but nothing ever changes. I think people only go here because there really isn't anywhere else to go, which is truly sad that they are allowed to serve food in a filthy restaurant. The workers could also use a few lessons in etiquette. The swearing and complaining about other customers is the ultimate low. And the mgr seems to never have washed her clothes. They always have a few days worth of food smeared across them. Disgusting place overall. read more
