I ordered food thru drive thru for my family. I get home I was missing two meals. Famous bowl meal and wings. I called and the guy that answered was like well we close soon call tomorrow they can handle it. At this time it was 8:19 they close at 9. I live 15 mins away. I called today and the lady that answered said well the manager is right here and she was here last night I then told her what the guy said to me. She puts me on hold and then say I don't know what u can do for you. She then took my information and said she would call back. She never called back. So I called and nobody answered. This was by far the worst Kentucky fried chicken that we have ever had. We had to wait for a awhile at the drive thru and thought "well, at least we'll get fresh hot chicken." We puchased a 12 pc chicken only bucket , half regular half extra crispy along with coleslaw. When we got home and opened the bucket, it looked like yesterday's leftover chicken had come home to roost. Half of the chicken didn't have any coating on it. Out of the 12 pcs, only 1 or 2 were extra crispy. Coleslaw was ok. They need to get their act together and learn how to put out a better product. read more

4/14/18 7:20 Saturday night My wife and I wanted a quick bite before we went to a movie at 7:45. We were next in line and the girl cashier looked right at us and said to her coworker in the back "I'm going on break". She punched some keys on the register and left us and the line of people behind us. After a couple minutes a young man that was working hard to get orders out said to us "we are three orders behind I will take your order when when we catch up". We waited a couple more minutes and heard a different employee in the back complaining that it was busy like this the other night and he had to cook clear up to 9:05. We ended up just walking out. I worked in fast food when I was younger and I understand the pressures of being busy but whoever the manager is needs to keep the young workers professional and taking orders and backing up the kitchen when they are busy instead of just walking out on a line of customers to take a break. read more

Hands down the worst KFC I have ever eaten in. My tenders were not crispy at all and the mac and cheese was pasty. I have worked at a KFC and I know how the tenders are supposed to be. I told the manager and she looked at them and said thats the way they are supposed to be, I asked her if she washed them before breading. She would not answer, a dead giveaway something was wrong. I demanded a refund and she refused. I called corporate and made a report, they sent me a gift card to a KFC. Which is funny because this is the only KFC within a hundred miles of me and I had to use it in 30 days. Well, don't make my mistake, poor service and terrible food. As far as KFC goes this one is fairly mediocre. They're almost always busy so there is understandably usually a wait. The staff is very hit or miss. Some are really helpful and friendly while others are down right d-bags. The food is also pretty hit or miss, sometimes great, other times horrible. It's the only KFC in town though so take it or leave it. read more

The last few times I have been their they had to replace some piece of chicken of something else, out of wings or out of thighs.
