Red lobster is okay the food is not the best but it is still a good place to take your family

We finally got a night out and decided to go here, we were seated by our hostess at 6:34 PM . We did not get a waitress till almost 20 minutes later. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. Waited 10 more minutes to get our drinks , we were served the cheddar bay biscuits with no drinks. We waited till 7:24 pm to be served our entrees , no appetizer had even been put in for our table. We shooed away house flies in December from our table , and fruit flies from our drinks. Could have lived with some of this had the food been good , we both ordered salmon and shrimp, the salmon was undercooked and mushy, The sides were decent but the main course not so much. The waitress apologized about the waits and never really admitted to forgetting our appetizer. This confirmed we will never again come here or buy gift cards like we used to. We were looking for lunch and happened to see the restaurant sign from highway and directly went. The food turned out to be impressively fresh and delicious, especially Oyster and lobster! Highly recommending! And the price is very fair. We went to many Red Lobsters in North America, this one is exceptionally good. read more

WOW is all I have to say.We drove 40 minutes to this Red Lobster and this Red Lobster was one of the best ones I've ever been to. We had warm food, a wonderful waiter named Chris, and the manger who spoke to us like we were her friend. My parents and I loved that we could make a reservation as well so we didn't have to wait. This restaurant is open, by the way. 10/10 would make the drive and return!! read more

I love seafood, but given my location I am usually not in a position to find it affordable. However, once a year we get the all u can eat Shrimp Fest at our local Red Lobster and I make up for lost time. I loved the shrimp! It was cooked good and came to me hot (sizzling even). My group was medium sized and we stuck around for several orders of shrimp and we were not disappointed with the flavors this year or the preparation. Drinks were a little pricey though, but hey, I only do this once a year so, bottoms up! Keep up the good work and see you next year! read more

The last time we tried this location was probably 5 years ago. My family wasn't thrilled with the service and most of the food was overcooked. Today We used curbside pickup. I understand that some food doesn't travel in to go boxes well, but figured it's mostly fried and should be able to last the 10 minutes it takes to get home. First, our order wasn't brought out until 10 minutes after our requested time. It came out at the same time as 2 other vehicles (that were there longer than we were). We checked the bags in the parking lot before we left. One meal was supposed to have the Cesar salad instead of fries, but I received fries and no salad. We ordered a loaded backed potato for another sided and there was no butter or sour cream. We received too many biscuits. I only comment on that because we ordered half a dozen for a reason, we didn't want 12 or to waste food, but we ended up with 12. We also received an addition half full cup of cole slaw for no reason. I ordered the bacon wrapped scallops as an add on to my meal. They were fine, but again I think they probably were cooked right up to finished when they were packaged, then the additional 10 minutes we waited to get the food along with the ride home they were a bit overdone by the time I ate them. The basic fried fish was greasy and overcooked as well (and I've had this issue there before). Overall I think other places do (at least fried) fish better. this one try after a long break hasn't impressed me to change my mind so I'm passing on this or future Red Lobsters. read more

The food was disappointing And definitely not worth the money charged for the meals. We spent $92 for two people and we were served soggy Walt's fried shrimp and limp broccoli with our $35.00 meal. We had already waited 10 minutes to receive overcooked cheddar bay biscuits. The self service check out is tacky. read more

Surprisingly good! Had two skewers of nice-sized shrimp that were actually perfectly grilled. I've sneered at Red Lobster for so long, maybe I haven't given it a fair shake....then again, maybe I just hit the jackpot and should quit while I'm ahead. Dinner was very good but the waitress was the highlight of our night. She was friendly and quick with drinks, food and the bill. I was really looking forward to trying the walleye but they were all out. I wasn't upset because it was late and they were about to close. First and foremost I love Red Lobster and the primary reason that we stopped here. When ordering the snow crab my son inquired about the 1/2 pound add on that is normally available but didn't see it listed and was told they could make it but it was not the normal price it was going to be about double the price due to the shortage of crab caught this year. Then when we got to the sides the corn cobette wasn't available and the reason was due to seasonality. Having just received both the 1/2 pound crab for the regular price and the corn cobette at a different location, not even a week earlier I inquired as to why the difference and was given the same explanation on the crab but the produce supplier to this location was the fault for the cobette. We received our dinners and two of three ordered broccoli, however, we all received broccoli, unfortunately, it had the gray to black color at the cut part of the stalk and anywhere that the floret had been cut I have only seen this on old broccoli or on that not properly prepped. We sent the broccoli back and two of us requested asparagus which was woody but we ate what we could of it. I had ordered the sea scallop add-on and once again it was served differently than that of the location that we went to a few days ago. The overall experience at this location suffered from that of what we normally experience and this was the first time I can remember not having management visit the table during our dinner at this chain which after sending items back especially surprised me. Hopefully, a district or regional manager will be in to see the changes in how they do things and correct these keeping them consistent with others in the chain in the area. read more

Very overpriced for what you get, but if you need seafood in this area, this is the place.

I would give the food three stars, but it was the service that our waiter Joe provided that made the evening special. My husband and I were in town dropping our daughter off at college and we decided to have a nice meal out. My daughter and I shared the Crab Lover's plate and my husband had the fisherman's platter. Food was pretty good, but it was Joe's quick service and replenishing of the cheesy biscuits that made our night. read more

Would not go back. The food was HORRIBLE and cheaply made. It was bland and tasteless. The potato soup was cold & the potato's were undercooked. The bacon in the soup didn't even look like bacon. The salad was alright, (but who can really mess up a salad?) the chicken pasta was gross - the sauce tasted like tasteless cream of mushroom soup with cheese on top. The noodles were FAR from al dente. They tasted like noodle mush. The chicken tasted like rubber and like it came out of a precooked bag. The only good thing in the meal was the biscuits. My opinion, try something else. This is the walmart of seafood or food in general. Its worse than cafeteria food! I am sure nursing homes serve food with more taste than this place! read more

what a total rip off , ordered the lobster roll, $9 literally a scoop that would fit in a two year olds palm inside the roll, also ordered the lobster mashed potato's $3.99 for the potato's Another $4.99 for the five pieces of lobster mixed in the chicken gravy, what a joke never going back and suggest nobody else ever waste their money there. read more
