I added them on yelp as apparently no one in McMinnville uses the app lol. At first glance the place looks a tad run down, but inside is very clean and nice. Extremely disturbing experience -- I do not feel safe ordering drinks from this location…read more I ordered food from Taco Bell along with two drinks for myself and my roommate. When I got home and inspected the drinks, I noticed something that immediately concerned me. One of the drinks appeared to have unusual white residue/particles and buildup around the cup, including around the bottom and exterior. I took pictures because I was genuinely concerned that the drink may have been tampered with or contaminated. I did not feel comfortable drinking it, and honestly, I shouldn't have to question whether something I purchased from a restaurant is safe to consume. This isn't just about receiving a bad drink or an incorrect order. If a customer's drink is being handled improperly or potentially tampered with, that's a serious safety issue. I expect Taco Bell management to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened at this location, and review how the drinks were prepared and handled. I have pictures documenting exactly what I found. I would strongly recommend management look into this before another customer has a similar experience. Very disappointed and extremely concerned.

Horrible experience! We don't go here a lot but when we do it's always a long wait and cold soggy food.

The customer service and atmosphere of this McDonald's was so nice and welcoming. Every worker who I interacted with was so kind, and they even would check on me every so often. (Copy pasted, but written by me)*…read more I worked here for a while. I was the dusturbed individual in the back jaming out to music too loudly. likely made your sandwich! :D just know that in spite of the horrendous customers experience, i really did try my best to make each sandwich beautiful. I shouldve done this a year ago, but im here to air out the dirty launrdy. Firstly, they hired a ridiculous amount of teenagers. One wouldn't stop repeating the N word (hard R) to himself. Constantly. Everyone was apparently okay with this. Secondly, a majority of the people who work there are family to the owner. Nepotism abounds. They constantly get favoritism, special favors, and benifits the rest of the employees dont share. One employee allegedly stuck a fork in an electrical socket, and continuously washed all the dishes with bleach without rinsing them or her hands. Oh and you all are absolutely right about the sheer apathy and misguided agression they have for customers and disabilities. How dare you be old in the line? Dont you see your making the employees lives harder? Ugh! As a customer your just about as valuable as the black gunk caking the floors and corners in the back of house. PASSED INSPECTION BTW! No help from the co workers that are supposed to be in charge. They could give a sh*t. Some of my co-workers were genuinely good, caring, hard working people. They deserve better than taking the flack for the worst of us. When we tried to take the time to listen to your orders, or take the time to get it right, we were told were being too slow or not being team players. (Hi kenzie, i saw someone else noticed your behavior in another review :) ) If your order got messed up, or they refused to fix it, that policy of speed over quality is why. The list continues but my memory fades, just know that theyve done you wrong more times than your aware of. Your Welcome Sunil :D
