There are two things to be aware of: 1. Drinks are not included in the value meal 2. The sliders are really big The chicken comes with fries (crinkle standard), a bunch of pickles, a aoili sauce, and really juicy and delicious chicken. Because of this experience, I'm done with KFC as this was a critical error that could have placed someone in heart failure. I'm happy to say that my blood pressure was not impacted as I couldn't get beyond eating a quarter of a chicken strip as it that salty. If KFC is trying to keep up with the chicken tender war surrounding them they will need to perform some quality control.

When I got to the store the young man said that the order must not have gone through. Fair enough. He told me to delete the order on my phone and start over since he was not connected to "The App" and couldn't give the discount. I did that but it caused me to lose the discount ! He wouldn't do anything for me. I said "but I did what you told me to do!" Crickets. I asked for the manager. She seemed really mad that she was pulled from the back. I repeated the situation. Crickets again! I ordered the food anyway and politely asked for contact info to the KFC regional office. She said, "If you're asking me for a phone number, I'm not giving it to you". I realize that these are franchises, but they are still controlled by contract with the KFC brand. My advice would be to have a professional outfit do your interviews when you hire your managers.
