You queue at the counter to input your order, then pay there if using a chip and pin card, then join the other queue to wait for your food, and pay if using cash. The system is awkward to first time users and actually creates larger queues and is very off-putting. I have visited other outlets and they haven't implimented this system, so it isn't a nationwide thing. Since this system was added I have gone to lengths to visit alternative branches as I feel you don't get the value for money if you have to place the order yourself.

But I could have large gravy... Which seems convoluted at best. I mean if you have enough for a big.... So the issue is the small pots I'm assuming... Which leads me to think the main cost of the gravy is the pot and not the gravy itself as they would not charge me for a small and put it in a big pot. This terrifies me. I still ate the big gravy however, as I am stupid and like gravy. The assumption I have in eating KFC is that it will strip years off the end of my life, not waste 851 whatever's while I'm alive.
