We call in an order and when we go to pick it up, they have it ready and know exactly who we are when we walk through the door. The location could be better as there is limited parking which next door businesses often steal but the subway restaurant is usually never too busy as a result, which makes for a faster service. However, the staff here are on the ball and give a commendable service anyway. This subway comes highly recommended and is a good pit stop for those travelling past on Route 15.

They apparently give complimentary coconut amuse bouche type deals to dine in customers. I know this because I overheard who I assume to be the chef say this to the four top who came in after I was seated and waiting. What irked me is she had the audacity to tell them sorry for waiting for so long when they weren't waiting as long and I hadn't even gotten any sort of complimentary item. When I did get mine there was no apology. Then later the four top was receiving food items after me. This is when I became angry. I had already been seated for over an hour. I know because I responded to a text upon arrival when I was seated (653). I didn't receive the bowl of SOUP I ordered until after 8PM. Had to ask for a beverage. Absolutely ridiculous! Service was slow for everyone. People had to ask for their bill, entrees were not coming out to the same table at the same time, a woman was waiting painfully long for a takeout order. There was NO communication with the server to customers letting them know anything going on. The kitchen may be small, but there was no sense of customer service or organization within the restaurant. The waiter ran the check and decided he got nothing for a tip making a situation awkward. I always tip something as someone in the restaurant industry 18+ years. The food is wonderful, but unfortunately I felt the need to write this review as anyone dining inside the restaurant or picking up and order what they are in for. Also, I found it odd they had a high chair and crayons, but no kids menu. Upon leaving a review on google the chef told me only SOME tables get her complimentary custard. Im sorry my son and I were undeserving and had to wait more than a four top! I recommend going anywhere instead.
