If possible avoid at all cost. You have to wait over 40 minutes to get your food and then don't get me started on the customer service!! Who is the manager with the bonnet and attitude? Man oh man she is terrible always has an attitude because we give her business. And the food is always cold but it was just made? Just avoid it. read more

They need better customer service I'm sorry but no one wants a whole crew of associates with attitude and being stared down for even order food. Mind you it's only 9 pm and there aren't many people here so why do they take long ? ‍ I'll save you the time and it's best to go to a different KFC location in a better area. At least you'll get better treatment read more

Really bad service, I ordered online and when arrived to pick my order, the lobby was full of people waiting for their orders, the order taker told me they dont know when my order will be ready, he told me I can wait or cancel my order on the app or the website, because they cant cancel the order, I contacted customer service and canceled my order, they told me the store will contact me to issue my refund, weeks after they still need to contact me, I guess this is a franchise and they dont care about service and they just stole my money and the corporation will do nothing about it, never going to this place, specially with all the options around. read more

Fried chicken but never has chicken I'll never understand it every time I go to KFC there is a 20-30 minute wait on chicken from tenders to regular chicken pieces. Very upsetting whenever I enter is very unprofessional their manager yelling at people on the clock and customers. I hope it gets better it's close and tastes good read more

This place is a disaster! Whoever owns this franchise had better spend some time in there. I placed my order online and it said it was complete. I went there and they said it would be another 20 minutes. While standing there 7 different people came in with a similar situation. Looking around there was garbage all over. The employees were just wondering around clueless. read more

No stars. As a delivery driver , my job is to get the customer their food as fast as I can. So when an order is marked ready for pick up and I go through the drive thru, I expect to get the order. Not be told "you have to come inside" and then I get inside and there's nobody waiting at the counter to greet me. And then when someone walks up and I tell them who I'm here for I get told "if it's not over there then it means they still working on it " but if it was marked ready for pick up why is it still being made ? This location is nothing but problems every time I pick up from here. Nothing but bad attitudes. read more

Worst drive through service we have had in years! They not only took over 15 minutes to give us our drive through order around 7pm, but they shorted us chicken, forgot to give us our biscuits and one side dish. When they got home with dinner, it was already cold! I called 3 times to ask for service and each time, they picked it up and immediately hung up! I called corporate read more

Dear KFC on Larkin Ave, Joliet IL - I wish I had the words to express the anger I am feeling this evening. Your staff chose to mock my nine year old autistic child to her face. For your personal safety I did not tell my husband, and I'm not a crusader who is vowing to take down every last kfc in the country. But what I will do is let ever local person know my story and let them decide whether to eat at your restaurant or not. My brilliant daughter heard what you said. She also understands the ignorance and pities you. We brought our chicken home, ate it and made a date to go out for sushi and get our nails done this weekend. No more KFC. Ever. read more

I went to this location tonight, Sun Sept 5 (about 7:45pm), as online stated they closed at 10 pm. Upon arrival, there was about 4 cars in line. One car proceeded to the window, stopped and then floored it out of the drive-thru. The car behind me, drove around me and drove off as well. I pulled up to the speaker and a worker asked in an irritated voice if I wanted to try the $30 Family Feast, then proceeded to tell me what all comes in it. I responded, no thank you and placed my order. Then silence. I said hello multiple times over a period of probably 3 minutes. When I didn't receive a response, I pulled up to the window. I could hear someone laughing on the other side of the building and saw a worker at the computer at their front counter. I drove around, the other person behind me still at the speaker, and saw two workers, male and female, standing outside chit chatting. I asked what was going on, as again I was acknowledged in the drive-thru and asked about ordering. A young woman yelled back "No! We are closed at 7 pm!" I stated that I was just taking my order and it says 10 pm online. She screamed back "I don't care THERE IS A SIGN". Mind you I looked on the speaker box, on the menu and the drive up windows for a sign as someone asked for my order than completely ignored me. She proceeded to scream at me and honestly I yelled back because I was very upset. All she had to do was state they were closing early from the beginning. Instead she asked for my order in an irritated voice and then disappeared. Anyone would be upset at that, especially when I saw her leave out the door through the drive-thru window proceeded by her laughing. If I owned this establishment, I surely wouldn't want someone like that working for me - completely unprofessional. read more

I was in there this evening and the extra crispy dinner I got was perfect! So flavorful crispy and not dry at all. Great job guys, keep up the great work! read more

This was the 2nd time I came here the first time I ordered a $20 bucket extra crispy the chicken was good but I asked for it fresh and it took 20 minutes to make. That's just SAD!! This visit I ordered a $10 bucket fresh extra crispy and when I got home 5 minutes later the food was cold and the chicken wasn't extra crispy. In fact the chicken was soggy and full of grease like it was sitting for hours!!! I will never eat here again!! HORRIBLE FOOD - 5 STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!!! read more

Waited at drive thru for 15 minutes before anyone asked to take my order. Horrible service.

They are supposed to close at 10:00. I go through the drive through at 9:30 and sit there for ten minutes and then when I pull up at the window , one of the workers didn't even know the time that they close and the other worker told her to tell me that they were closing right then just because they wanted to. They need a manager. And if the manager was there, they need a new one. Also-- there were two other cars in the drive through after us with no responses either. read more

so damn rude the old lady with the thing on her head, yelled at me bc i said i had an uber order

Man, this place used to be decent but I don't know what happened. I have come here more times than I care to remember. The staff is disorganized and I'm constantly having to check my order. I ordered wings and they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat in the lot. After 22 minutes I went inside and asked them if they were pulling the feathers off the chicken or what? I was then told it was coming right up. Just then a mgr walked up and tried to offer me a ten piece meal for $10. I told him no I just want the wings I ordered. He was totally oblivious to the fact that I ordered wings. He looked up the order gave me the wings and offered me a free soda which I politely declined. I don't know what has happened but this isn't the last time I had this problem. I went to the drive thru a couple weeks later. Ordered a 2 piece both breasts. I was told on the speaker that It would be a 1 minute wait. I was told to pull up to the window. I pulled up sat there for about a minute. The cashier opens the window takes my money and asks me to pull around. I told him "no you told me a minute wait it's been a minute I'll stay right here til my order is up" he told me there is another car behind me. I told him " look I'm not moving til my order is up and I don't care about the car behind me. You told me a minute it's been a minute with the arguing you are doing with me it should be up." He closes the window and I hear him tell his manager " I'm not dealing with this today you deal with it" Mgr opens the window and hands me the order. Ok. So why would I have to pull around? Idk. Oh well. I just may have to pay that drive thru a visit again it's always entertaining. :/ read more

I ordered a $20 fill up and was told that they don't sell them any more. I pointed out that it was still on there sign. I was told that it was a mistake. I looked on line later and found it listed. I ordered a 8 piece bucket and got it home for the family and found it missing 2 pieces. my daughter wanted chicken again so I went back thinking maybe last time was an honest mistake, but found a woman at the register talking to costumers with her face in her coat. I'm hard of hearing and told her I couldn't hear her so what did she do? She put her face deeper in her coat like a tortes. I asked to speak to the manager, who never showed up to speak to me.So in short, terrible service, people that cant count to 8 filling orders with cold food, and employees that couldn't care less. DONT GO HERE!!! Go up the street on Jefferson a few blocks and get Popeyes. I just wish there was A rating lower then 1 star. read more
