Very courteous service, clean restaurant and the food was first rate KFC. We did have to wait more than 10 minutes for our order as they apparently had a run on the tenders we ordered but we do sort of expect that from KFC. Unfortunately. Customer service and quality has gone to shits. I don't know what happened here but the owner obviously hasn't been to the store in years the ladies( older white lady and younger heavy set black lady) argued the whole time I was there. They couldn't get orders out. They gave the wrong pieces of chicken and constantly kept trying to get customers to take crispy after they have requested original. The older lady said I am working drive thru the younger said so he'll get these orders out. The cook left out and went to the nearby service station meanwhile they were behind on chicken. Then she yelled out y'all need to use the kiosk hell we're tired and it's going to be a while. About 5 people said well I'm going to help you out and they walked out. The bathroom looked as if they have never ever cleaned it. Mold and urine all over the ways and floors. Sinks were oiled and dirty. Horrible place. read more

Store hours show restaurant closes at 10:30PM. I get here at 10:00 exactly and doors are locked, nobody answers the phone, and no one is at the drive thru. I see 2 people inside ignoring everything, I guess they run the restaurant smh read more

I was verbally attacked for using coupons. Lady taking my order lied and told me my coupon was expired when it clearly was good through July 31. She then gave me incorrect change. While in the drive thru, one lady from the back angrily said, "Oh, she always uses those" as if I was doing something illegal. Frightened to take their food, I asked for my money back. I was afraid of what they were liable to do to the food. Had to kill the ignition in order to get my money back. Lynch mob mentality for using "their" coupons. This was a horribly abusive experience. No one should be subjected to this. I wish I had NEVER bought the coupon book, and I won't ever again. The only reason I went was because of the coupons as the chicken was always extremely greasy with very small sides. Colonel would be ashamed. read more

Rude slow service. They take no pride in presentation of the food served to you. They don't give u the correct food you had ordered. Then take it out on you when you bring it to their attention. They are out on cigarette breaks, when lines are backed up. Then when they do come in they don't even wash their hands from smoking. I videoed a manager being extremely rude to me. When I brought back a entire bucket of chicken that had no crust on it, cuz it was all at the bottom sitting underneath the chicken. He tried giving me my money back due to being out of white meat. He didn't wanna make a new batch 20mins till closing. I made him do it anyway he wasn't getting the easy way out. I've sent 3 messages to corporate, explaining that I had the entire visit on video. The food was what could be expected for a chain restaurant. What sets this place apart is the staff. I dined in and was witness to what could be considered and yet kind of funny. Every order taken by this crew, was wrong. Every customer that came in had to have their orders corrected. It was comical to say the least. What really ser it off for me was the young lady at the register, picking in her ear and hair with rubber gloves on and then immediately serving food to customers. Called & placed an order with manager Leon for a 12 PC bucket with sides. Told I needed it to be fresh & I would pic up at 5:15. Went inside & they pulled my order out of s warmer. On the way home something told me to check my chicken. This was the soggiest/greasy chicken I have ever seen. Very dark in color. I took it back & Leon gave no explanation no apologies didn't offer to make it right. He told me this was the best it was. I told him to go get a piece out from under the warmer behind him & compare it to what he gave me. It was nice & crispy. I told him he should be embarrsed to serve his customer this mess. read more

I went through the drive thru and the wait was very long. Now I understand that it takes some time to cook some things but I was in line for at least twenty minutes. By the time I got to the window and got my drink , it was watered down and the lady at the window was not sociable or polite. read more

This is the worst KFC I've ever come across. Everytime I call no one answers, they just let it ring. I called today no one answered after 20 rings, called back someone picked up, I said hello then they hung up. Love their food but horrible management.
