Went through the drive through to get lunch. Couldn't get original recipe as they were out... no problem. However, we ordered mashed potatoes and gravy as two of our sides and got macaroni and cheese instead. These employees do not seem to care. read more

The KFC has been open only a short time after remodel from a fire. We waited in line way too long only to be told when arriving to finally order that they had only two kinds of chicken available- about 5 pm. We ordered the chicken nuggets? Surprise! They did not look like chicken what we knew to be chicken nuggets nor did they taste like chicken nuggets. We are thinking someone cut up crudely chicken breasts, floured them and deep fried them. We honestly felt sorry for the working staff- at this time of day- only two types of chicken? Was very disappointed I wanted to try the Nashville chicken tenders for the first time ever and they didn't have any Nashville, also tried the spicy chicken sandwich was drier than the Sahara desert. The sandwich barely had any sauce and was very bland. read more

3 rd day in a row , first 2 days there was a 25 minute wait for chicken , so I left today they had chicken I ordered a 12 piece bucket came with 3 large sides I chose 2 cole slaw and a mashed potatoes and gravy. when I arrived at home there was 11 pieces of chicken and the grave was the consistency of pudding . I called the store and they said they would give me another piece of chicken if I returned to the store . let's see do I write off that piece of chicken or spend $6.00 in gas to go get a $3.00 chicken Brest . Plain & simple, all KFC's are pretty much the same everywhere. Except this one. The chicken was really greasy, I mean way more than normal & not what you would expect and the service was very slow and not very friendly at all. They were all out of trays so everybody was getting stuff in a bag which I don't understand why are you out of trays? Go wash some. Customers had to wait a long time, Many left angry because they waited about 10 minutes and did not get waited on and others waited a while to get their food along side me and their orders were screwed up. The dining room area was very filthy and there were lots of people walking around doing nothing. Try the KFC off West Ave, it's much better With everybody moving slow and acted like they didn't care is it any wonder minimum wage is not $15 an hour?? read more

Went here tonight and the girl at the window dropped our bills in the ground never said oops or sorry . Perfectly manicured pink fingernails but no customer service. She was highly aggravated over something and we got the brunt of it too bad they have a great product but bad employees. read more

Wife just went there to grab me mashed potatoes and gravy cause I'm in hospital and she spent 16 minuets in the drive thru no one came to the window for 8 minuets of that and then the order was just sitting there then no apology or nothing horrible service read more

I hardly ever eat at this KFC but upon returning to town the other day, around 1:30ish, I decided to stop for a late lunch. The restaurant wasn't very busy, few people were sitting down eating, but there were three customers standing a head of me waiting for their "single orders / one per party". It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my food once I placed my order. I could see the people waiting a head of me getting frustrated too because of their wait. This place is unacceptably slow, few table were clean, and the food was what you would expect at a KFC. Unless you have lots of time to wait on your lunch you may want to consider another option. read more

I pulled into the parking lot at 8:10 there were 5 cars between me and the speaker, at 9:00 I finally reached the speaker they said they were out of chicken, when I asked how a chicken place could be out of chicken she said they close at 9, all the online ads say they're open till 10. When I told her I've been waiting since 8:10 her response was a sarcastic oh well I'm sorry. There is no more customer service or fast service in fast food anymore. Slower, rude, and more expensive. Sad. Always tastes old or left in warmer for too long. Never had a problem at any other KFC.
