I have been to this particular location twice and both times were acceptionally underwhelming. At my first visit i ordered a 3 piece all dark meat with a mashed potatoes and gravy. I used the drive thru and ( this was my fault) did not check the bag. I was advised that there were no bbiscuits, which was fine with me. However the dark meat i asked for was not received. I was given a led and a breast. Which I have a hard time digesting chicken breast and was n ot given a receipt so that I could not even call corporate to complain. On December 14th, on my way home from my birthday casino trip. MMy mom and dad stopped at this KFC off 21st and post rd in Indianapolis. I was advised the only had dark meat which once again fine. I ordered 2 pc dark with mashed potatoes and gravy. For them to only have dark meat I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes b4 I got my food. This time I checked my bag b4 I left. Two thighs and mashed potatoes, cool I fo home. Once again with no receipt. I guess they don't believe in those. When I get home to eat my food my chicken tasted as if it has sat under the heat lamp for over an hour, dried out and not edible at all. For some one who has digestion issues and can only eat certain things this is very inconvenient. Since they don't give receipts I cannot call corporate. read more

For my husband's dinner I'm a non meat eater. I think they forgot the biscuit? Or the chicken could at least looks like chicken outta look! I sent the first box back. The chicken legs looked absolutely horrible and not edible! Who are they saving a good pieces of chicken for? to take home to their family? we know they're not giving them to the homeless so who are they saving it for? and sending out the worst looking pieces of chicken that they have on site to the paying customers! I asked the guy at the window to please change that chicken out and put in some decent looking chicken and he did after all it's my money! I should have the right to send the chicken back. He wasn't happy about it but you shouldn't serve the garbage in the first place and we wouldn't have these issues. It was a $12 meal maybe not for me in my situation, but for most Americans money is hard to come by. People are struggling and can barely eat and you would think that they would do better and would serve better looking pieces of chicken so the second time around that's with the chicken looks like it at least it was recognizable.. I will give them two stars for the unnecessary hell that I had to go through. As far as taste and cleanliness..the joint is a straight up dive! And for taste I don't know I don't eat it! The team at this store gave our online order to a doordash driver and wouldn't refund or remake. Spent $40 for someone else to get the wrong meal delivered to them and us to get no food. Luckily if you call KFC customer service they are kind and can help. They gave me a refund at least. read more

Most of the time the staff are only going though the motions. They don't have a smile on their face or in their voice. The food is okay and would rate four stars but the people make the experience, so only three. I can not say anything about the inside as far as cleanliness because I have been using the drive though for some time now. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE AND EVEN IGNORED ME after messing up my order. Both the counter cashier and manager publicly agreed to ignore me while waiting for assistance. Manager gave us a 8pc spicy meal instead of 16 piece and refused to help us stating she gave us everything that was on the receipt, completely ignoring the fact she simply swapped two different orders. I went through the drive thru the shift manager on duty gave me my order of 12 dry ass no honey bbq wings the girl at the window Diamond was tElling me that kfc dont give refunds and that she would remake my order .. which I refused .. Then she tells me to pull over to the side I told her NO and to tell the manger to get to the window and give me my money .. the Manager finally came to the window asking for my receipt and then proceeded to give the refund... I love KFC but this particular location was one of the most disgusting places I've been to and I'm not picky. I arrived right at opening and the main counter was absolutely filthy. Black smudges and fingerprints all over and greasy. The employee was counting money on the counter and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. The kitchen looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in some time. Then when I went to sit, nearly every table was filthy. Spilled soda and trash all over the floor. First off I will never ever go back to this god forsaken hell hole of a KFC. The kernel him self would turn over in his grave by the service. They made a line of customers wait (5+) at 7:00 pm in the drive thru to proceed to tell people the only chicken that they had made at the moment was popcorn chicken. This shocked me, but...I ordered a 12-piece extra tasty crispy chicken bucket. That's what I got, in two minutes flat. The young lady at the drivethrough was polite and efficient. The chicken was tender, crispy and perfectly fried. This is how all fast food experiences should be. Bravo, KFC. read more

I wouldn't even rate them a 1. Went through drive thru last night it was around 10:30p. No one answered after me saying hello and honking the horn numerous times. Other cars pulled up behind me so I decided to drive forward to the window. Once there one worker was leaning up againist the front counter of his cell phone I honked my horn multiple time and he still did not budge. I got out and knocked on the window he finally came and stated they don't have anymore chicken b/c they are breaking down for the night. By that time another worker came to the window and stated the same thing. So I asked if the hours changed and she stated no. I asked to speak to the manager who was in the back but not showing her face speaking she told the girl to tell me they were closed with no ryhme or reason and I asked to speak with the manager to see why the couldn't have said something the alomst 5-10mins we were waiting in drive-thru and she refused to come speak with me but told the worker to shut the window on me. There's more and it was atleast 4 people in that store 3 females and a male and even when the window was shut on me another worker that looks as if she had a managers shirt on come back in and saw me and still did nothing. The other cars behind me still waiting in the drive thru even after I told the workers they have a line and at least need to say something. They never did and I was the one that flagged the car behind me and when she pulled up to the window they were just as rude to her. So together we flagged the rest of the cars to let them know they were closed even though they had at least 30mins before closing time. The horrible lack of customer service and rudeness was so uncalled for, when all they had to do in the beginning was get on the intercom and tell people they had to close early. Instead they were very rude and I never want to see anyone lose their jobs but the manger/shift lead needs to be fired and the crew needs to be written up and retrained on custer service/ethics. This will be reported to the State and BBB b/c it was that horrible it's worth my time reporting. read more
