This is a little late in coming but I wanted to send a shout out to the young man, Tre Phillips, who waited on me at the time I visited your store. He greeted me at the door which he opened for me & welcomed me in. He then assisted me at the counter with a smile. A very personable young man. Went to the restaurant on Goodman in Horn Lake, Ms I wanted the chicken pot pie, waited in line for 20 minutes, got to the window and was informed it would take 22 more minutes to get the pot pie....if I wanted to wait 45 minutes I could make it myself! This is my review on the KFC in Horn Lake, Mississippi. I really shouldn't even give them a star at all. Actually I hit it by accident. The whole experience was HORRIBLE!!! Twenty to Thirty minutes for supposedly fresh hot cooked chicken. I got a 12pc meal - which I guess they down sized on the sizes cause it was barely enough for two people to have a small portion of potatoes and mac n cheese Then making it even worst they forgot the biscuits as if the chicken with hardly any crust on it wasn't bad enough too!!! Seriously I'm jst so pissed...I tried calling multiple times and several times they just picked up the phone and hung up on me - just adding more fuel to my fire of anger It's just so sad you spend your hard earn money on a meal and this is what you get Ridiculousness. People let me tell you some places and so called workers just don't care and we suffer from it, knowing our business we give them pay their salary - it's where you can't get to go orders hardly anywhere that cares about their customers other than CHICK-FIL-A Well, I certainly hope they enjoy them biscuits I didn't receive and don't know if they even read or care about reviews they get but, I can tell you I WILL NEVER ORDER or EAT there again!!! read more

Horrible service!! I understand why the line is longer at the Popeyes across the street. Food is always wrong and old. When you call they never answer. My advice, don't go to this location, try the Popeyes across the street for good food and customer service You are never appreciated at this location!! read more

This location is the WORST! Placed on online order thru KFC.com said it would be ready at 3:20. I arrived at 3:19 was told they were waiting on the Chicken Nuggets. (I won't even go into detail what the employees and Manager were doing while I was waiting). After 12 more minutes I asked again about my order. They acted like I had asked them for their first born. They basically ignored me. After 6 more minutes I asked again, and also asked how long it took to cook the nuggets. I was told 5 minutes. At that point I explained all that had happened and just wanted a refund and would go across the street to Popeye's. They got the manager, who said I had to use the "Door Dash app" to request a refund. I explained that I ordered thru the KFC app and she said then I needed to get the refund thru the app. I opened up the app in front of her and asked "Where? There isn't a place to request a refund". She took my phone, called someone, then told me there was nothing she could do. I tried nicely to explain the entire situation, including how the first girl had put together my order except the nuggets when I first got there, so it was sitting in a bag getting cold. The manager said "Well if it sits in the "To Go" pickup bin it gets cold too". Uhmmmmm, I was there waiting, it wouldn't have been sitting in the bin!!! Now almost 45 minutes later she gave me $25.00 cash, the order total was $27.24. I wasn't in the mood to argue over the $2.24 they basically robbed me of. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! read more

I'm totally disgusted and this service was horrible. I come to this location and usually don't have this issue until close to closing or night hours. That night crew don't listen and serve customers inedible so called food. If I get sick I'm contacting corporate. This don't make no sense. Absolutely trash customer service. The line wraps around the building each night and there's like 10 or more people in there working not doing nothing but talking and standing there. They sometimes give customers attitude as well. I'm a doordasher so I come here fairly often to pick up other customers food. There's two lines "pickup" and "place an order." I was in there 45 minutes or more waiting my DoorDash orders. I told her when I walked in I was waiting for a DoorDash and she said okay. She didn't ask me the names on the orders and as soon as she was done helping her other customer I was going to tell her the names even though she should be asking me the name and she turned her head and walked away to go talk to a coworker. Completely ignored me and the fact their DoorDash orders were piling up. They don't make DoorDash orders hardly and let them pile up and continue to take orders of customers who walk in, but they walk around like their not on the clock. Not to mention the random outburst of screaming and cussing under their breath. I'm tired of my customers cussing me out because kfc sucks ass and has the most unqualified workers known to demand and each individual in there lacks a work ethic and basic morals to display to their very loyal customers. Very unprofessional and something seriously needs to be done. If you ask the status on the order they'll give you an attitude and roll their eyes. You would think Mobile orders should be complete first or almost ready when you walk in considering mobile orders were placed far before the other customers that walk in the door but no, you will be waiting a minimum of 45 minutes before they even start working on your order. I would like to report an experience my family had this evening: I asked my husband to stop and pick up chicken at KFC on Goodman Rd in Horn Lake... I had sent him a text showing what I need with price taken from KFC website....As most hard working men after a long day at work he paid and took food and drove home.. I look in bag at food and receipt... he was over charged and did not receive what he paid for.... Knowing my husband was tried I drove all the way back to KFC over 15 minute drive from our home. I waited in line and politely asked to speak with manager in private so not to make a scene. A very helpful lady apologized and said she would correct the order, she proceeded to the back of the restaurant and spoke with store manager named Keisha... Keisha started yelling at her that she was not going to do anything because the Mexican that placed the order couldn't speak English that's why order was wrong and she was not going to fix or address the issues at all....she said again very loudly that it was the Mexican fault.... the girl returned to me and explain what Keisha said. She said if I would give her a moment she would give me the correct order....Under any other Circumstances I would have left and went on my way but for a store manager Keisha to indicate that it was my husband's fault because he didn't speak English is quite ironic in today's society.... First and foremost my husband is not Hispanic he is a full blooded Choctaw Indian and can speak very good English...People are so quick to judge others by the color of there skin!! Second she overcharged the customer and shorted food that he had paid for and refused to correct or even address issue. Third Keisha embarrassed me and humiliated a coworker by yelling so the entire staff and customers could overhear. Fourth while waiting on my issue to be resolved there were over 7 people returning in correct orders... I plan on taking this experience to the corporate office of KFC. We haven't bought KFC in a while and thought we would grab their fill up meal for dinner last night. However, the drive through workers told us there were no chicken tenders. They were froze. Disappointed we decided we would just wait until the next day. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders are still froze tonight... We are DONE with this establishment! EVERY time we order a bucket of chicken, when we get home we discover that they have shorted us on our order...AND we always order "regular chicken", but discover they have mixed in "crunchy" and "spicy"!!! This place sucks, and the Corporate office should check them out. We love KFC chicken, but will no longer be visiting this particular establishment. Ate here. The ice machine had no ice. There were 2 customers in the entire restaurant. I told one of the front counter workers that there was no ice. She stared at me, not even acknowledging I said anything. The other customer said they had already told them about the ice as well. I sat there to see how long it would take before they filled the machine. Another couple came in and told them about the ice. Blank stare again. If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are the absolute rudest around, and that's saying a lot given the area. I came in ordering for my boss. I get up to the box, "can I please have 10 hot wi-" a voice interrupted me, "HOW MANY?" "Ten" "Ok, that'll be a wait to cook them, do you still want them?" "Yes, I'll wait." "Ok how many?" "Ten!" "Ok pull around" "I'm not finished with my order..." "Fine, what else?" Blah blah "... and a large sweet tea" "$-- pull around" I get up to the window and the guy hands me what I know is a frickin medium, small in some places, so I asked, before i paid, if i can get a bigger one than that. He smacked his lips, and told me "no!" I couldn't believe he LIED to me. I pressed on and asked if he was sure that's as big as they go and with hesitation, he continued to lie and said "yes!" So I shook my head in disbelief and took the damn drink since I dont want to spend my time arguing with a lying jerk. It just not worth it. But I immediately got on my phone to call management, and he then went ahead and swapped it out for what I ordered. Moments later he opens the window and points. Just points. I asked what he wanted, and with no words he continued to wag his finger in the direction he was pointing. Then another dude joins in just pointing! I asked "what? Do you want me to pull over to wait?" He just shook his head yes and continued to point. We've ordered bulk orders here before for our in-home small group meetings. Last time, it was great. This time it was not. The food was supposed to be ready at 5:30, and I arrived at 5:25. When I asked if they had the order ready I was told that their cook wasn't in yet, and that the chicken was just now being out in to cook. The event at my house started at 6, but I had no other plan for meat, so I waited. The food was finally ready and I was out the door at 5:59.
