We popped into Chick'N Run in Canton, TX (listen, don't sleep on the country towns!), and I couldn't decide, because there's 10 different chicken salad varieties to choose from, from Jalapeño Cheddar to Cranberry Pecan! I decided to get 3 small 1/2 lb containers--jalapeño bacon cheddar, southwest, and spicy, because I just wanted all the tangy flavors today. They were all delicious, super refreshing and light, perfect for a hot 94 degree day in Texas. You can either get the tubs or sandwich style, and I opted for dipping chips in the salad.
