Great food and service. Biscuits are so good per usual. Root beer floats are BOMB. Recommended

This place was terrible service and rude manager. It needs to inspect for everything. I really want to know who own this restaurant. I ordered 12 wings and famous bowl and they said , "power outage." I walked out with no foods, no refund. That's bad experience with this place. read more

To whoever owns this place do you even check the reviews? This place is a joke. Every employee out in the parking lot screwing off. Everytime I show up they ran out of whatever you want. Place is always dead I'm glad Popeyes is next door since you never have chicken. You should drop A&W and go with long John's. But watch your cameras you will find out who running your store into the ground. read more

I like KFC much better than Popeyes . KFC isn't spicy or too hot . I love the chicken bowls especially. They always have gotten my order correct here. Occasionally they are out of things but it's all good. I never go inside so I can't attest to the ambiance. read more

The inherently stupid dump Fer John F at the register is an incompetent looser. I ordered chicken original recipe the inheritly stupid trad says okay. I said I don't want spicy chicken he says okay he rings it the receipt says Spicy I say no he says it won't be spicey of course I brought home spicy chicken! The manager would not answer the phone. This all happened at 3:00 pm in the day. Zero Stars. This time! read more

The chizza is terrible is not finger licking good do not buy it's not very juicy as you would expect it to be.

Please see my review for A&W as they are 2 in 1 at this location. It was packed the day before thanksgiving and they had snow but great service. To be expected on a packed night. Once again, thank you Eric for being incredible when running out my food to me and going back in for my receipt. You maintained your great spirit and composure despite what I would consider a "dumb task" - you did with a smile on your face. I love the famous bowl meal! The combination of A&W + KFC is heaven. I tried going last night on Friday (11/30/2019) around 7pm but they said they were closed. The lady was nice enough to come over the intercom and let me know so I didn't look like an idiot. This has happened at other places in the past, waiting for what feels like a lifetime, and having them turn off all the lights on you despite the hours stating they're open. Thankful these guys didn't do that to me. read more

They're not even that busy compare to other fast foods for a Friday night but it took them 30 mins (probably more) to get our food ready. Our order is not even that complicated. Just 3 famous bowls and a breast and wing combo and extra side of gravy. Guess what? After they gave the food to us, one famous bowl is missing and there is no side of gravy which cost like almost $3. Btw, before we got the order, they asked us twice in the car what's our order (we were asked to wait in the parking) so yeah, obviously they're not prepared at all. It's over exaggerating slow!!!!! read more

Terrible terrible terrible. I got a 3 piece, mashed potatoes, and corn. The only thing i ate was the corn. What little skin was on my chicken was chewy, not crispy at all. The mashed potatoes were cold, bland, and in the tiniest container ever. Even the biscuits were bland and stale. I totally understand why this place's line is always way shorter than Popeye's. Consider shutting down! read more

Never fails to be some of the worst chicken I've ever had. No different than the Popeyes next door. read more

KFC - This is how we pulled it out of the bucket. Why does every restaurant in fountain suck so bad? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fountain, Colorado

What are you guys doing that I have to sit outside for 20+ minutes to get fries and cheese curds that's beyond ridiculous!

I don't know who is running this one but them and the whole crew need to be fired! They have the nerve to ask you to give them 5 stars for the receipt?! Just left there with a preorder, got the food from the drive thru and couldn't even leave the parking lot to find gravy thrown in the bag and spilled all over the mashed potatoes. I mean the bag was soaked with gravy.. who gives that to a paying customer and thinks it's ok?! It's always something..They are they worst KFC in the city.. always a problem!! read more

They just reopened after being closed for about two weeks due to upgrading their restaurant. I think everything I ate was made before they closed. Tasted like it sat in a hot light all day long. Chicken was extra greasy, cole slaw was soft, and biscuits were too crunchy. Do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes next door or visit a busier kfc. Spent $44 and regret every penny. The only items that were good was the stuff they made fresh, onion rings and root beer floats. Gave two stars because the fresh food was really good but the majority of our meal was clearly OLD. read more

The food was horrible and the service abysmal. Waited 20 minutes in parking lot only to be told the gal with our food had been sent home??? WTF, with our food??? No, thankfully that was resting on the ice cold counter awaiting us. My burger was flat and cold, horribly wrapped, and just plain inedible. As consolation we did receive a lemon cake. We stopped and gave it to a hungry homeless guy. He handed it back. Said he'd eaten there before. Sincerely, I'll never return. read more

The absolute WORST KFC! Went through drive thru at 7:30 pm, no other cars in line, dining room had 1 customer. It took 27 minutes to get my order, which was a standard bucket of chicken and mashed potatoes and cole slaw. If I could leave "0" stars I would. To top it off, the staff was also rude. read more

Decided we wanted KFC for dinner. Pulled up asked the specials and asked about spicy chicken. Was then told to go across the street if I wanted spicy chicken. Don't think that was very professional at all. So yes I went across the street and ordered spicy chicken. A better answer would have been we don't have spicy, only original or crispy. read more

I really should read my own and other reviews before I jump in both feet first. After spending 2 hours at the Eyedoctors office and being numbed, blinded and asked questions I could barely answer I was hungry and as my car aproached the " finger licki'n " sign, I threw causion in the wind and pulled up. Since I had a hungry husband at home, I ordered the 12 piece bucket w. coleslaw and bisquits an after spending $ 32.00 I went home, smiling all the way. My Bill and I piled chicken etc. on big plates and set out to eat. Looking and feeling said Chicken, I found that out of 12 only 4 were freshly fried, the rest were hard and was biting into dry Chicken-Mummies!! Hello ....what do I call you...waitstaff....foodwranglers? Anyway, watching one frantic Male helper putting M.Potatoes into the containers he missed and picking it up with his fingers......flicked it into the air and missed the guy next to me by very little. WOW what a way to behave!! I would have made one major theatrical scene out of it and yelped loudly................this place needs HELP!! Hello Fountain Colorado..........I cannot be the only one who has gone through this.........say something!! For $ 32.00 I deserve better. MUCH better!! read more

This is the worst KFC! Every time I go they don't have grilled chicken. I even ordered in advanced (left a name) and they told me it would be ready in 18 minutes. I Called from the Walmart parking lot btw ( it's across the street) I show up, ask for my order and the employee says "I picked it up" haha. After this, I'm no longer even bothering with this place. read more

If I could give a negative stars I surely would! This place is one of the dirtiest, grossest kitchens. I went through the drive thru and they made me park, when they brought out my stuff one had something floating in it. So I went inside to see a horrific kitchen. Food everywhere, trash on the floors, and an employee kill a fly with his hat and leave it there. The whole situation was absolutely disgusting. Then no one wanted to help me. They looked, then ignored me. So I had to say something. They were absolutely terrible and need to be shut down. read more

Not a shock this location has 2 1/2 stars on google and a low yelp rating as well. We haven't been here in over a year and I now I remember why we don't go here. The restaurant has a dirty vibe. The employees are rude and oblivious. FYI your job is customer service...The food was disgusting, I wish I had taken a picture of the sorry chicken strips we got. They were dry and tough. There was a hair in my mashed potatoes so I took them up to the counter and the worker said sorry let me get you another. I said no way I will take a refund though, seriously why would I want more of your garbage?!?! Poorly handledy by the manager, they could care less about making their customers happy. We won't be back EVER! read more

Horrible customer service!Drive thru girl needs to learn manners.. she can't even count change back. Then order was dried out and nasty...

This restaurant is completely garbage and I bet you they re-purposed their food half the time they can't get simple orders right there very rude it's a whole bunch of teenagers working in a restaurant not paying attention to orders or the customer And I think that no one's going to return with a complaint and confront them about it and they feel some type away when you tell them about themselves don't waste your time or your money going here it saves you a headache read more

The chicken always tastes like it is fired in OLD oil, they get our sides right on all of our orders and they never give the cookie with the meals it's supposed to come with read more

Went craving a root-beer float. Ordered a few items. Order was wrong. Took too long and watched employees argue with each other. And they forgot my float until I reminded them and even that took two people to get it out to me and it was only 3/4's of the way filled. I should have trusted the other reviews... read more

Absolutely terrible. Spent 14.50 for a 3 piece meal. It was almost inedible. Chicken was grossly overcooked. Will never go there again. Would rate it zero if I could. By the way it did go in the garbage. read more

They don't even deserve one star. When we arrived we were the only drive through customers. They were not busy. They forgot our order at the drive through window. We ordered 2 Root Beer Floats, 1 Cod Basket, 10 Chicken Wings and it took my husband and I three times going in for them to get the order started. They wouldn't give us a refund when asked. It took 50 minutes for this fiasco. We will never return to this location. read more

I have never been to a KFC that's had it all together, but this place was awful! They didn't have any of the food ready all the wrong chicken, and how the hell do you run out of biscuits! The employees were the worst, and I feel bad for any one who orders from there. I'm a Popeyes fan! read more

Waited 30 minutes, and most of my food was inedible. Terrible service. It was terrible before the construction. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Popeyes across the street or a KFC not in widefield. read more

KFC - Waited 30 minutes for burned biscuits and food. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fountain, Colorado

Slow service! I say again.. SLOW SERVICE. They take a minimum of 20 minutes to serve even the simplest things you think they would have fresh and ready. Always pull up to the drive through to be approached with a rude attitude. One time I even pulled up and they had inappropriate music blasting and employees dancing. Is anyone even managing this place? They need to be shut down. Worst KFC location ever. read more

My husband and I stopped yesterday at approx. 3PM for two $5 Fill-Up meals and a $10 Chicken Share box, all chicken tenders. We were very disappointed. We waited in the drive through lane about 15 min. as they were very slow taking orders. Once we got to the window to pay, were told they just "dropped" the chicken. We had to pull around the side to wait another 15 min. for the chicken. They gave us 2 extra cookies and about 8 extra dipping sauces (none of the kind we originally ordered) to make up for the slow service. Then we get home and find out they forgot the biscuits and about half of the tenders were very small. We have eaten here in the past and service was much better and the food was better. What happened? We won't be going back. :( read more

Our visit at 645pm was outstanding. The staff was friendly and patient with our questions. Definatly a good place to grab a quick bite. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. read more

Dang these people are SLOW! Why don't they have enough chicken every time I'm here? I would've given them one star but the cheese curds are really good. read more

Long wait times........the past three times I have been to this location I order at the drive through, and am asked to pull around to the front and they will bring my order out. I waited for at least 15 minutes. It seems to be a long wait no matter what you order. This last visit, our order was wrong, and not even made well. I wont be back again. read more

They never have enough grilled chicken when we come. This store needs new management expensive for poor service. Never enough chicken the way you want it and willing to pay for. Always settling for what is available, no more! Last trip just drove off, people just could not produce what was on the menu, very sad! Will wait for it to close down and reopen under new ownership. One star for the memories. read more

Went the other day for their 8 piece meal for $20 after I ordered I was charged $26.42 , when I asked why they said that they don't do that... my family was waiting so I agreed and paid, when I got home the meal consisted of 8 pieces alright, 2 legs 2 thighs and 4 wings...... I'll never go back to this location read more

Just had my last meal at this location. I have tried going at different times and different days but nothing changed. The chicken was overcooked and the biscuits were like rocks. Chicken was so dry it was desiccated. I would blame the gravy on the workers but it was so old that it was crusted on the container top so it was probably made the shift before theirs. One car ride and 22 dollars later, I am not sure which was more wasted. Original or Extra Crispy? It was neither or both, still can't tell. Have a little pride. Also, the clothes the staff was wearing was dirty. I could go on and on but after reading the other reviews, there is clearly no bottom. read more

Wow, I don't know that I've ever seen such small pieces of chicken. Is KFC using chicks now? Along with the tiny pieces and dried out biscuits, the chicken was also dry...and did I mention tiny?? All that and it was terribly overpriced! We'll do our own chicken now...no more KFC! read more
